阿媽70歲大壽喎,梗係搞大佢啦。細佬就碌咗佢嘅人情牌搵人幫佢book呢度嘅VIP房, 其實嚟幫襯嘅人都唔算多細佬話之前嚟食過好好味, (其實我都有嚟過飲宴)所以點菜方面就交咗比佢,重頭戲梗係片皮鴨同埋叉燒飯啦,有師傅專登出嚟表演仲玩埋點火添。未食都已經贏咗個勢啦。片皮鴨佢好有層次咁分咗唔同部份,淨皮呢就建議我哋點砂糖食,皮連肉就建議我哋點甜醬食,淨肉嘅部份就建議用皮捲住加埋青瓜一齊食。其中發生咗一件小插曲話說我哋諗住包起一兩件留返比弟婦因為佢嚟唔到,點知個經理可能冇為意又以為係垃圾我哋唔要順手幫我哋揼咗,結果佢額外送番幾片肉俾我哋😅另外不得不提佢個叉燒飯,原來係要6位以上先至可以叫,以為有乜嘢咁巴閉啦,原來佢搵師傅出嚟響我地面前表演,叉燒加咗啲玫瑰露再點火,令到佢有燶邊嘅效果。撥仔飯再加埋佢特製嘅豬油同豉油一齊食本身個飯已經超級好食😋飯粒分明,反而叉燒給比下去,我哋懷疑係因為叉燒嘅份量都幾多,同埋本身佢唔係蜜汁叉燒,正所謂貴精不貴多,分量多咗你就會覺得佢好似冇咁好食😅除咗兩個重頭戲我哋仲叫咗其他小菜:有蠟味魚餅、椒鹽鮮魷、上湯芥菜、涼拌木耳、清湯棱角番薯,仲有蕃茄雞蛋刀削麵(長壽麵)仲

其實我覺得其他小菜都係一般,冇乜特別驚喜,反而甜品本身我係萬分期待,其實我係想試吓佢特別味道嘅雪糕多啲,結果個拼盤同我想像好有出入。壽包同刀削麵係專登為阿媽而設。
服務質素好。
人均四百幾我本人覺得貴左啲,同埋地點對於我地黎講有啲偏遠。
