金桔白玉木耳係夏天必食,第一次食白木耳,口感幾得意,朋友愛金桔,本身自己興趣不大,白玉木耳來自雲南,新鮮柑桔來自廣西,而醬汁主要以用柚子汁調製,三樣夾埋一齊絕對係一個用嚟消暑嘅前奏。

甜品一直都係沙田18出色嘅一部份,山楂菠蘿泡芙,腐乳芝士蛋糕 ,五糧液朱古力雪糕,如果你有印象大部份我都推介過,較為新少少嘅就係腐乳芝士蛋糕,基本上喺度食甜品一定唔會錯,放心叫啦。

今次選擇了三食🤗


一食:
片胸皮,胸肉,腿肉連青瓜,大蒜,黃麵醬,薄餅


第一個食法是薄薄及脆脆的鴨皮,灑上少許白糖,香脆可口, 入口即化


第二個食法是 加入京蔥、青瓜及醬汁,包薄餅皮吃,, 香而不膩十分滋味!


第三個食法是把鴨肉點上黃色的蒜泥醬, 蒜泥醬突顯了鴨肉的甜味,也是很好吃


二食:
生菜片鴨鬆


生菜包裹着濃味濕潤的鴨鬆及大豆芽,吃起來超清爽


三食:
紹菜豆腐鴨骨湯


鴨味十足同時帶鮮甜



另外再加了一個菇絲肉絲銀芽兩面黃🍽️

紅棗丸蛋糕質感似麵包蛋糕,濃郁嘅紅棗和提子味,偏甜。好在,配上味道清新的烏龍茶雪糕,好啱作為北京填鴨的飯後甜點🤭烏龍茶雪糕只有一球,份量再多啲更好!

今天和家人去了第一次到沙田18吃晚飯,  點了他們所謂的signature dish, 北京填鴨, 定枱時已下了單點半隻,  坐低便對服務說要三食, 我們是最早吃第一食片皮鴨的一枱,可是吃完一食後等等多過1小時還未吃到二和三食,  其間已催促服務員兩次, 他們都說會跟進,但一直沒有回覆我們, 眼看其他枱點了同樣二三食都吃完了,最后我決定取消,  他們竟然說最初的服務員只為我們定了一食, 更連忙叫她過來向我們道歉。我從未見過如此劣質的酒店餐飲服務,  難怪現在港人都北上揾食!!!半隻所謂北京填鴨盛惠$568, portion 極少,味道不比一般小店半價好食,  服務也極度另一失望, 建議酒店管理層若覺得三食賺不到錢便不要放在餐牌给客人選擇!  家人都說不會來光顧這酒店內的任何餐廳!

當然,仲有一系列的甜品,沙田18的甜點從來好味又有特色。分別點選了兩款口味的雪葩雪糕,以及山楂菠蘿泡芙,同埋腐乳芝士蛋糕,全部都好有特色。

花雕話梅雪葩與五糧液朱古力雪糕,一醒胃一濃郁,而我這重口味之徒,最愛就是腐乳芝士蛋糕,咸咸甜甜結合煙韌的口感,直頭想Encore。

我原本係open rice 訂位嘅時候預訂咗半隻北京填鴨,上網見食評好好,好出名,好想一試,點知原來朋友唔食鴨,唯有取消,最後食了一碟燒味雙拼,叉燒燒腩仔,呢碟就一般般,帶出色,另外炒咗一隻膏蟹薑蔥,隻蟹好好膏,食咗一碟紫蘇醋牛油果,呢碟好好食,最後叫咗一碟炒米粉,都好好食,整體不錯,因為是中大員工有折,但係我哋買單嘅時候唔記得咗同員工講,其實佢哋應該都收晒機,但係都幫我哋處理,服務好好,會再encore
