喺附近體育館打完波,轉個彎去番新蒲崗,最近爵祿街,寧舍一間餐館,離遠望入去見好多酒樓用嘅大圍板檔住窗,初時以為私房,門口好靜,斗膽推門入去,仲以為冇乜客,點知坐滿九成,大部分都係打邊爐。本嚟接近端午唔熱都暖唔多想食火鍋,不見咁墟冚,加上啲食材有啲另類嘢揀就試吓。枱主要六至八人大枱為主,近舖邊旁有四人枱。俾左一大碗熱水嚟洗杯洗碗筷。一睇餐牌,咦,又陳儀興?一問之下原來係另一兄弟開嘅。揀咗鍋底「杏汁白肺湯底」,冇白費揀佢,以88蚊嚟講有廿舊左右大大舊豬肺俾到嚟,加上一路煲住一路聞到杏仁霜咁嘅堅果香都幾舒服,不過要留意豬肺未夠腍,預咗要滾多半個鐘先食就近磅。見圖一大不銹鋼盤嘅醬料、生蒜、蔥花、辣椒等係侍應拎嚟,自添完就會攞走,食材有伏有服,以下介紹:芫荽一碟,仲係剁碎3棵嘅份量,顯得小家子氣,收22蚊嘅話真有啲那個……寧願佢原棵洗乾淨上碟,起碼望落份量都多啲啦。蟹柳拼魚片頭,盛惠43蚊,每款4舊……又係粗嘢當矜貴咁嘅份量,加上蟹柳放鍋不消幾分鐘就飛散哂都撈唔切,感到第二伏。條氣順番啲係見到跟住啲食材。初時搞錯牛爽肉係乳白色有陣牛油味嗰啲牛胸爽,原來係胸前肋骨中嘅軟骨,約十片,原片牛舌咁大細,
