極愛廚師發辦的我,好間中都會讓自己豪一次,當獎勵自己。畢竟是較昂貴的享受,故多數是獨個兒,較難找朋友相伴,難得今晚有位識飲識食的好友相約,當然求之不得,大家仲可對Omakase分享心得,一大樂事。一出升降機門就見到一室以木材為主,環境優雅,富和風色彩。甫進內裏就是一張大型的壽司吧枱,能邊品嚐美食,邊欣賞師傅的手藝,兼互相交流,當然是最佳位置。另也設有兩三張四人枱和間了一間小房,感覺舒適。餐牌設計高貴,廚師發辦Omakase共有三款,價錢由$1080-$1680,今晚就揀了中間位的了丘 OKA ($1380),包有前菜3点、廚師特選刺身、料理、壽司Sushi、手卷Hand Roll、吸物 Soup和果物 Fruits,相當豐富。******************************待一會便上前菜三款Appetizers 3 kinds,擺設精美,各款都啲骰精緻。由淡至濃吃,先嚐湯葉配海膽,腐竹滑溜兼滿有豆香,甘香味濃海膽跟清淡的它,味道很夾,而且又滑又黏。賣相精美的鮟鱇魚肝,伴入酸甜的醋汁、辣蘿蔔蓉和蔥花,最佳配搭!入口綿密又鬆軟,相當鮮美香醇,啖啖教人回味,真的不夠喉...芝士西

一向都很喜歡日本菜,但在多種日本菜中最愛還是…廚師發辦,在不知師傅為我準備什麼之下,驚喜總是一浪接一浪。每次帶着期待開始,滿足離開,今晚也不例外。期待下次的 Omakase來臨,不知是獨自快樂?還是有好友同樂?
