本來預訂了下星期到天龍軒飲茶和參觀天際 100,可惜由於天文台預測下星期會下雨,所以便轉了今天帶家人來觀賞,可是由於天龍軒已經滿座,於是我唯有退而求其次改為預約這間中菜廳飲茶了每次來到這些高級酒樓,我都不會再點蝦餃燒賣小籠包這些平凡點心,今次也不例外,我們分別點了芝士焗蟹蓋,鮑魚雞粒酥、燕窩蛋撻等特別菜式,想不到每款點心和食物都相當出色之餘, 甚至比上次半島的「嘉麟樓」更美味!No.1【芝士焗蟹蓋】$168這是一款全新的菜色,所以餐牌上暫時沒有顯示,雖然蟹蓋是即叫是焗,但是依然只是微暖而已,幸好整體的味道仍然十分驚艷!芝士下便是大量一梳梳的蟹肉,當中亦夾雜了一些洋蔥來增加口感,細嚼慢嚥的時候,鮮甜無比的蟹味便持續地慢慢散發出來,在唇齒間留下一絲絲濃郁的蟹肉氣息,鮮甜可口,香飄十里,口感細膩而延綿,美味得讓人吮指回味,鳳髓龍肝No.2【原隻鮑魚雞粒酥】$118鮑魚的質感煙煙韌韌,每一口都很有嚼勁,同時芡汁的調味亦十分出色,咸香四溢,滋味非常,最後再配上柔軟嫩滑,香甜美味的雞粒,味道立即更上一層樓,簡直完美得無懈可擊,美味得讓人久久縈繞另外撻底的質感相當酥脆香口,外脆內軟,而且口感亦一點也

總結來說,這間餐廳大部份點心的味道都相當出色和驚艷,美味程度更和五星級酒店的中菜廳有過之而無不及,重點是即使是提前一天前訂位都能夠有位置,如果下次有機會再來的話,一定會提前預訂窗邊位和品嚐其他特別的點心
