放工過海去中環,嚟得蘇豪區又唔一定係去狂歡嘅其實上面都有好多低調高質餐廳,好似呢間馬拉料理,要捐窿捐罅先去到呢間嘅招牌係喇沙,而且有好多味道選擇,當中嘅大蜆海蝦味係每日限定,用料又大又豐富,一碗喇沙有勁多隻大蜆,食極都仲有咁海蝦好大料,撩吓堆積如山嘅芽菜,就會見到湯底香濃,摻摻入晒味玫瑰酒煮大蜆估唔到咁有驚喜,呢間調較醬汁嘅功力真係超班,香到可以就咁飲,隻隻大蜆多肉又鮮嫩,一咬會喺口內咇汁。蒜蓉包勁香口,咬落脆卜卜,怕嘈嘅人就要諗諗喇仲以為黑啤雞翼會係炸雞翼,但知係燴雞翼,冇諗過會有咁濃烈嘅酒香,名符其實,肉質仲好嫩滑,酒味完全入晒去最後以甜品作結,同樣係勁脆口,面頭灑滿晒椰絲同nuts碎,口感更上一層樓,搽埋獨特嘅咖央醬,更有甜絲絲嘅感覺
