今年生日老友問我想食乜, 我考慮左一陣, 結果都係同對上幾年一樣: 日本菜。今日放工老友揸車接我去到尖沙咀呢間位置都幾隱蔽嘅日本餐廳, 餐廳位於漆咸圍呢條小巷, 設有標位泊車。餐廳門面設計非常有型格, 營業時大門都是關閉的, 店內座位唔多, 我地未到7點到餐廳都差不多全場滿座。晚市提供兩款分別係$880同$1250嘅Omakase餐選擇, 係香港可以$1000有找食到Omakase確係唔易, 唔怪得咁早已經滿座。我地揀左$880嘅Omakase潮, 入面包括左前菜, 刺身, 手握壽司, 茶碗蒸, 主食, 湯同甜品, 非常豐富, 我地坐係Bar枱前可以邊食邊欣賞師傅製作, 日籍師傅除左精通英語之外, 仲識少少廣東話, 溝通絕對不成問題。😙Omakase 潮(USHIO)前菜雖然Menu上寫前菜只有3款, 不過實際卻係非常豐盛而且擺碟好精美。有幾款都好少係日式餐廳品嚐得到, 當中我最喜歡係自家製嘅黑松露蛋餅同魚餅, 海菠蘿亦都非常爽口惹味。除此之外, 前菜仲有白子, 口感綿滑, 配上薑蓉, 蘿蔔蓉食, 非常美味。😋刺身刺身分別有金目鯛, 𩶘魚同左口魚, 呢3款刺身因為都係日本直送比較矜

刺身
刺身分別有金目鯛, 𩶘魚同左口魚, 呢3款刺身因為都係日本直送比較矜貴, 通常只會係高級日式料理店先會見到, 刺身好鮮甜, 尤其係金目鯛, 師傅即場以火槍烤香金目鯛表皮, 入口魚香味濃, 加上現磨芥末, 刺身更覺鮮甜。👍

手握壽司
套餐包括左8款時令壽司, 師傅以江戶前手法處理, 壽司飯已經預先調味, 一口一件非常滿足, 最驚喜係手握壽司入面竟然有松葉蟹腳刺身, 蟹肉晶瑩剔透, 口感彈牙而且非常Juicy。最後一款壽司係我最愛嘅馬冀海膽配魚子, 口感豐腴, 入口即溶, 配同樣鮮甜嘅魚子食, 係口腔入面果陣香味久久未散, 名符其實係齒頰留香。😁

茶碗蒸
可能師傅見我對佢製作嘅海膽魚子讚不絕口, 今晚茶碗蒸上面佢都加左海膽, 而且茶碗蒸入面除左有白果之外, 仲加入左蟹肉, 帶子等多款海鮮, 味道層次非常豐富。😍

主食
食完茶碗蒸之後我地都已經覺得好飽好滿足, 好彩主食嘅蟹肉丼唔係好大碗, 飯粒已經調味, 口感軟糯, 加上松葉蟹肉, 味道相當唔錯, 我地咁飽都食得一乾二淨。😋

甜品有兩款可以選擇, 我揀嘅呢款柚子雪葩唔會太甜, 味道清新自然,食埋呢個甜品我地都非常滿足。😋
