4月之星同事生日飯,最近唔係食日式就係食西式,同事攪下新意思推介到味苑飲茶,試新野,必讚成,公司採用彈性食飯時間,決定避開lunch繁忙時間食下午茶時般,感謝同事訂位,2:00一行11人到味苑下午茶。 抵達餐廳,平日的下午茶時段,不太多人,中菜館的格局,餐廳分了兩層,有樓上雅座,我們坐下層。 公雞餐具,有懷舊之感。 餐牌,有小菜及點心。 脆皮燒腩仔,$78,香口惹味。 胡椒咸菜豬肚,$58,暖胃養生的一道菜,先飲啖湯,胡椒味強烈,咸菜鹹酸爽脆,豬肚口感彈脆,不會太韌,幾好味道。 真係菠蘿包(大),$30。 菠蘿包真係有菠蘿!菠蘿包內餡有小片的菠蘿,味道香甜,幾好味、想追加時已售罄,似乎好受歡迎呀。 酥炸魷魚鬚,$58,大家都愛吃,口感脆又香口。 脆皮菠蘿炸鮮奶(大),$30,雖然我唔係好飲得奶,但仍然想試下呢到的炸鮮奶,入口酥脆,凝固的鮮奶口感滑又夠熱,味道香甜,加上內餡有菠蘿,增添了一份清新之感。 懷舊街邊豬腸粉(特),$34,純粹見到懷舊之叫,感有早餐之感,因有時早餐食腸粉,味道普通。 味苑蝦餃皇(精),$36,好大粒,蝦夠大隻爽口,幾好味。 蘆筍苗蟹籽
