相信HeSheEat是不少90後的集體回憶,以前中學放學後不時都會相約朋友到旺角店品嘗甜品,由最初一間特色甜品小店到後來兼備小食、意粉等,面面俱圓。最近得知旺角總店已經結業,雖然大感可惜但慶幸仍有荃灣及銅鑼灣兩間分店,而荃灣店裝潢更以粉紅色為主,充滿少女風。紅花海鮮燴意大利飯 ($110) 真材實料佈滿帆立貝、魷魚、蜆及蝦,每款海鮮均已煎香。意大利飯口感綿密稠厚且軟硬適中,充滿番茄甜香及芝士醇香。鮮魷魚火辣墨魚汁意粉 ($88) 雖然與紅花海鮮燴意大利飯同樣用上魷魚,但兩者明顯迥然不同,相比之下這份魷魚明顯更加鮮美軟嫩。醬汁蒜香濃郁且辛辣惹味,另外加上檸檬汁更是畫龍點睛令層次有所昇華。炸厚切黑毛豬滑蛋蓋意式紅飯 ($88) 豬扒炸得酥脆之餘保留肉汁毫不乾韌。炒蛋嫩滑恰到好處,飯底加入茄汁烹調味道偏甜但自然。士多啤梨焦糖脆脆梳乎厘班戟 ($98) 鬆軟綿密有如棉花一樣,空氣感十足同時亦保留彈性。淋上忌廉與班戟結合充滿蛋奶香,可惜伴碟之焦糖脆餅不夠乾爽鬆脆略為黏牙。檸檬柚子沙冰 ($48) 細緻幼滑並無粗大冰粒,檸檬與柚子平分秋色,酸甜清爽。宇治抹茶鮮奶 ($40) 味道甘香溫醇,配上鮮忌
