初初諗住,雖然話聖誕要食火雞,但火雞不嬲都“鞋”㗎嘛,不抱期望當應節,殊不知呢度嘅火雞係好滑同好香!!加埋佢配嘅紅莓果醬,追住食!藍青口同牛脷又好味喎,個藍青口口感好似豆腐咁滑咁㗎!!一啲渣都冇,好滑溜溜,忌廉湯又好飲,未食主菜都已經飽。聖誕餐包埋飲品,重冇加一,我呢啲酒鬼聴到都興奮。除紅、白酒任飲(唔係垃圾紅酒呀)!重包氣泡酒同有氣紅酒,兩隻都好飲,係咁同你添,店員有時太忙,直頭成支放低大家 happy,真係好好人!!好開心呀!!又風趣喎,氹得人鬼咁開心。湯方面呢,有個傳統嘅基輔羅宋湯,辣㗎喎,同飲開嘅羅宋湯好唔同,好濃味,都好飲嘅,但聽朋友講,佢嘅意大利蒜香湯同蠔湯重正!到主菜嘞。主菜有5款選擇,一人一款大家 share 啦。有鹿、牛肩肉、法國豬五花,蘇格蘭三文魚同法國芝士火鍋。個鹿望上去好生但冇血水,食落個味唔知點形容,但一致都覺得係好食嘅,聴聞重話好補添,哈哈~下次都會再食。牛都唔錯,燒得外脆內嫩夠牛味。豬就好香,用蘋果白酒香草一齊燒,正㗎不過始終係五花腩,如自己一個人食一份就膩咗啲。魚最驚喜,三~四成熟到,聴店員講,呢隻蘇格蘭三文魚其實係刺生最正,完全 feel 到啲 ome

甜品今晚有捷克蜂蜜蛋糕、辣椒朱古力蛋糕、藍莓芝士蛋糕、紐約芝士蛋糕同雲石芝士蛋糕捷克蜂蜜蛋糕小食多滋味,食多就覺得愈食愈甜,如襯埋咖啡就啱啱好。辣椒朱古力好食呀,初時唔知以為朱古力蛋糕,呑咗先至辣,好過癮。期待再嚟食佢餐牌上嘅嘢!

好多朋友都介紹過呢度,話呢度啲嘢好好食同特別,老闆對食材同煮法係絕對堅持,對食嘅智識更係豐富,樣樣都有故仔講,喺度食飯令人有VVIP嘅感覺,因老闆一同你啱嘴形,就會攞埋私伙靚酒,慢慢教埋你點分點飲,今次我哋有私伙威士忌呀!!哈哈~不過如遇著爆場,上菜都等得犀利,所今次就同朋友一齊喺 Boxing Day 嚟食聖誕大餐,好彩咋,24同25爆晒。
