朋友約我食生日飯 推介食呢間我地夜晚去到餐廳仲有一個朋友未到等埋佢黎到之後先叫野食正式落單到有湯同沙律黎都隔左45分鐘其實大家一路都好肚餓但朋友介紹話只得一位廚師所以我哋都繼續等到左一個鐘鬆d廚師仍然為佢既熟客介紹緊野食我地真係等左好耐了就問個侍應仲要等幾耐之後既野都唔想講了總之野食其實唔差但一定唔會再去我覺得廚師係可以介紹野食來源同點整不過你要睇下有無其他客如果你只focus你枱客大可以是日關門 只招待貴賓接納意見 你先會做得長同進步講多次 野食真心唔差但係真係唔會再去 經歷太不愉快

見menu有個「瑞典牛奶浸魚柳扒」,好似好特別咁,就試下啦。 坐低無耐就上碟啦,個牛奶味好香好香,成碟意粉好似浸在cream咁,d汁唔會好浠,意粉硬度啱啱好,
D汁掛晒在意粉度,
每一條意粉都掛滿晒汁
,大滿足
。 至於上面舊魚,超級大塊,有d厚度,唔會腥。整體非常滿意。

出面求其在西餐廳食個意粉,差唔多價,一定無呢個質素,lunch重唔洗加一添,用心的餐廳,值得推介,支持小店。

真係唔知什麼食材🥴
(1)香煎牛脷:如果比我妹妹見到碟牛脷,她一定話比🐶食架, 因為個賣相唔得❌牛脷好似已經被慢煮過,沒有牛脷的質感。
(2)法式燒羊鞍:慘不忍睹🤦‍♀️ 肉質太韌 😬食材唔得❌
(3)法國鵝肝多士: ❌❌❌
只有少食,可以食得落口,
但係價錢不值$60 = 1 件

喺度搞咗個party,完全唔夠食, 準備不足,服務態度差, 食物質素非常一般。以後都唔會再去。 The restaurant is a family business that only 1 man cooking 1 woman serving. Slow serving, poor arrangement, no enough food for serving. Hotel price but cha chan ting food, terrible experience that I will not visit again.

主菜比較特別少見,有美國荷爾蒙斯乳牛肉眼同威靈頓鹿柳,無錯,係黑白色乳牛嗰種乳牛,同鹿柳,真係冇諗過乳牛會攞嚟食,塊扒好大好厚,嫩滑,肉味濃
冇愈食愈膩嘅感覺,反而重帶到支百零蚊嘅紅酒更正更好飲!呢個好介紹,有驚喜!! 威靈頓鹿柳又係絕配, 威靈頓牛柳都叫食過, 威靈頓鹿柳真係聽都未聽過,話係老闆賣賣吓威靈頓牛柳同英國鹿柳,忽發奇想將兩樣撞吓,人間一絕就誕生啦,佢威靈頓豬柳都有架喎,真係問你估得邊樣?嚟親自試吓啦,真係都唔知從何表達,酥皮香噴噴,切落去有聲,味道層次豐盛過牛柳好多,更濃郁,更複雜強烈,如果接受到係鹿同食生 d 嘅,試佢值得試過威靈頓牛柳。


最後三度菜色,法國野生鱒魚子阿拉斯加蟹肉意大利飯、蘋果白酒香草燒法國豬五花意大利飯、同大蝦帶子海鮮意大利手工意粉。兩個飯味道各有特色,鱒魚子蟹肉意大利飯個味冇咁強烈,係食鮮甜蟹肉同卜卜脆鱒魚子為主(鱒魚子 "送" 香檳又係冇得頂),口感好得意架,味道令人好舒服追住食;豬五花意大利飯味道香濃惹味,好大對比,食到強烈果香,襯飯兩個都出色。最後大蝦帶子海鮮意大利手工意粉,以為老闆咁堅意粉都自己搓埋,唔係,係意大利嗰面即搓好即急凍飛過嚟,好彈牙,個人覺得有 d 似油麵但彈過嘅,個汁好濃似龍蝦湯個味,大蝦夠爽,帶子都唔係細細粒縮晒水咁,可以再嚟!!菜色太多選擇,食幾餐都試唔晒。成餐唔貴,超高質素,又冇加一,每人都係幾舊, 抵食呀。

Other Info. : 呢度有個菜色叫白酒忌廉煮法國聖米歇爾湖藍青口,係一絕嚟,連唔食青口嘅人都愛上,因為:藍青口同青口個質地係天壤之別,一個滑溜,一個有渣,兩回事。另外要留意,因為每星期只由法國飛一次,而且得秋天同冬天,唔訂賣晒就下次啦。
