感覺香港嘅(中國)地方菜餐廳普遍唔係咁長壽,難得呢間兩年前食過嘅陝西菜宜家都仲喺度。喺elements睇完戲過嚟,都係行十分鐘左右,10點last order,9點50分衝入嚟好彩仲有得嗌。biang biang 面真係唔知biang嘅廣東話點讀。5cm闊嘅面,成碗一條過,撈埋炸紫菜同大量辣醬,感覺上味道同喺西安食嘅唔係咁似,不過喺香港都算好特別。陜西涼皮陜西菜唔係食面就係食面,不過的確將面整到出神入化,而涼皮係其中比較常食嘅。同滬菜或者川菜嘅粉皮相比,比較厚實,邊個好食啲就見人見智,亦不妨一試。蓮藕炒肉蓮藕切得好薄,非常爽脆。香得嚟有少少暗辣,辣得嚟又唔會食得好辛苦,有湖南味道肉夾膜雖然係陝西名物,不過大陸周街都有得食,而質素實在差天共地。好期待試下味道如何,可惜有啲失望。塊膜係唔錯,目測見到烘底,食落亦有脆邊。可惜入面嘅肉實在有進步空間,出色嘅肉夾膜啲肉係整到入口整融,而呢個距離軟爛醇香嘅感覺差好遠,肉汁亦唔夠,食落好乾
