唔想北上,但又想喺元朗國食川菜,一定會諗起辣媽川湘私房菜呢間十年老店,呢到主打各式各樣嘅正宗風味川菜,仲有唔同辣度可以選擇,啱哂啲無辣不歡嘅朋友仔~酸菜桂花魚(條)💰HK$329賣相唔錯,成條魚原條上,魚片集中喺中間位置!桂花魚肉質嫩滑而且冇乜碎骨,酸菜亦唔會太酸,bb辣呢個辣度剛剛好,連個湯都好好飲好開胃~膠原脆皮豬手💰HK$99足足有5舊大大舊,豬皮整到又香又脆,啖啖都充滿骨膠原之餘,亦唔會覺得隻豬手好重油膩感,令人回味無窮~乾鍋椰菜花💰HK$89椰菜花經炒煮之後外層變得香脆可口,內裡保持住脆嫩嘅口感,加埋香料嘅香味同埋微辣嘅味道,簡直就係帶比味蕾一種獨特嘅享受~
