響點心界當中,其中有一款我好鍾意食但係又冇乜地方做到嘅就係灌湯餃,我講緊嘅唔係一盅盅用湯浸住嘅浸湯餃,而係肯點心籠蒸出,皮薄,篤穿左入邊就有湯汁流出黎嘅正宗灌湯餃。之前飲食男女有一個灌湯餃特輯,但由於俾人接埋咗都已經睇唔到,反正其中一間就係留家廚房。灌湯餃嘅皮做得好薄,湯汁味道好好,餡料亦都好足,一人一隻,好有滿足感。蝦多士除咗黑膠仲有蝦肉,雖然唔係好大隻,但查完之後一啲都唔油膩,喜歡食香口野嘅朋友一定好鍾意。劉家廚房老闆劉翁師承江太史一系,其中一道特色菜係太史戈渣,係用雞湯蒸做底左一個糕點,然後再拎去炸,最後點少少糖食,喺呢度嘅其中一款招牌菜。另一道有名嘅小菜係苔條九肚魚,香口而入邊嘅魚肉好滑身,不過我就覺得個燒汁多咗少少。蝦子百花釀豆腐嘅蝦子味道好充足,多口味龍嘅嘢,食少少清淡嘅菜式中和一下。蔥油撈麵睇落好簡單,但越簡單嘅菜式月考功夫,面唔可以太乾唔可以太濕,蔥油要夠味之餘又不能太濃烈,平衡需要做得好好,而呢個絕對做得到。甜品蛋散都好夠鬆軟,有蜜糖同椰絲,不過個人就認為蜜糖唔係好夠啦。呢度嘅環境坐得舒服,侍應服務都唔錯,食物水準更加係一流。但如果要食灌湯餃記得記得記得一定要預訂,唔
