朋友的介紹才知道,這裏有一間新開中菜館,由大堂到內裏都佈滿了花牌,裝修用了簡單光猛的白色,坐位闊落整體感覺大方得體。餐廳一方有個舞台,據店員介紹這裡將會不時有嘉賓表演。陳醋青瓜貓耳朵是開胃的前菜,酸酸甜甜的陳醋配微辣的醬汁,令青瓜和木耳都很入味。一口七味豆腐差不多每台都有點,皮薄但很脆口,中間豆腐嫩滑。紫砂功夫燉湯有着濃厚的黑蒜香味,一杯杯浸出來,又不失肉汁的香,用料十足。蜜汁厚切西班牙黑毛豬價錢真的嚇親人,不過味道都沒有令人失望,香甜又肥瘦均勻。芝麻鹽焗雞嫩滑的雞件中間還看到黃色的油脂分布,外皮又脆卜卜。欖仁鮮蟹肉粉絲煲常到鮮甜的蟹肉,粉絲沾滿了香氣。店員給我們嚐了一杯蝶豆花飲料,清涼微甜,乾杯!
