今晚同朋友去銅鑼灣廣場香馥樓食晚飯,朋友推介這裡食晚飯,因地方闊落,有傳統中式口味,店員服務殷勤細心,最緊要有質素高嘅食物!今晚就由朋友發板,先來一個紫砂功夫燉湯,上枱以一個紫砂壺配隻功夫茶杯一齊上,燉湯超熱,打開見到內裡充滿湯料,有黑蒜、彈牙爽口螺頭肉,還有瘦肉同雞肉,入口有陣陣藥味清香,作為今晚開始又係一個唔錯嘅選擇!而這裡必食嘅就係蜜汁厚切西班牙黑毛豬,外面燒得十分香口,加上厚切西班牙黑毛豬個種軟熟嫩滑口感,十分有層次,喜歡食叉燒嘅朋友又多一樣必食推介!而個芝麻鹽焗雞,亦係個人私心之選擇,皮脆肉嫩,上面還撒滿了香口芝麻,入口啖啖肉,大大份!還有椒麻安格斯牛粒,本身肉質鮮嫩富口感,油脂分佈平均,牛味濃郁嘅牛肉粒,內有大量京蔥,還有香濃嘅麻椒襯托,入口帶點刺激亦不會搶走本身牛味,而京蔥味道亦帶甜味,十分配合!欖仁鮮蟹肉粉絲煲,上枱熱燙燙,上面師傅用鮮蟹肉煎成肉餅,放在粉絲上面,而粉絲內都放滿了香脆欖仁,攪勻入口啖啖蟹肉混埋粉絲入口,十分彈牙爽口,鑊氣十足!最後還有滋潤足料,口感豐富,配有新鮮果肉嘅楊枝金露同埋有清甜可口杞子桂花糕,作為今晚就嘅結尾,真係十分完整美滿 continue reading

呢間中菜酒樓新開張,門口勁多鮮花。黎到呢度,感覺好舒服,侍應姐姐主動幫我洗餐具,好好服務。d碗碟又好精緻,有中國色彩。叫左個set,有原隻pigeon,炸到香脆可口,多肉又多汁。功夫湯好飲,好養生,清甜,裡面有好多材料煮成的。一口豆腐一d都唔油,份量非常之多,豆腐好嫩滑,外脆內軟。黑毛豬char siu好鬆化,入口輕輕咬幾口就化,好好食,同平時普通char siu既口感唔同。鮮蝦炒時蔬都好好食,蝦既份量唔少,時蔬中和到蝦,兩者好夾。食完仲有大大碗既楊支甘露,飲得出係自家製,好多芒果,仲有椰香。 continue reading

今天大姨婆搵到這間中菜我們一家人做節,令我喜出望外,是新開的酒樓,而且是新裝修🤗「紫砂功夫燉湯」 香濃雞湯仲有羊肚菌,令湯味香甜,我仲飲了2碗🤗而且湯料另上,可見足料「片皮鴨二食」這款片皮鴨配上蛋皮,相當特別,也另有一番滋味😎「鴨崧生菜包」片皮鴨二食的好處,這款鴨崧配上生菜,令人十分好胃口呀☺️「欖仁鮮蟹肉粉絲煲」👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻這款令人回味呀,重點是要加上 花椒油😍 加上後口感同味覺都不同了,粉絲不再痴埋,味道有點花椒香「咕嚕鳳梨黑毛豬肉」 炸至粒粒外脆內裡肉滑,咕嚕鳳梨醬汁調教剛好,酸甜洽當❤️「豉蒜涼瓜炆素千層」素千層是一片片腐皮造成,好有口感😚備註:🔺店員細心為每位客人洗碗杯🔺抵食喎!每位不用$300🔺最後贈送了 「碟豆花功夫茶」 做個結尾 continue reading

每次聚會都要珍惜,因不知道下次什麼時候再聚。片皮鴨,師傅的刀工不錯把皮片了出來不會有太多肉,味道酥香,配上蛋皮大蔥青瓜還有甜醬味道更佳。鴨鬆生菜包,鴨鬆炒得夠香,而且沒有油膩感,加入了松子仁增加脆口感覺,用生菜包著吃味道清爽。咕嚕鳳梨黑毛豬肉,這個的肉質爽彈,做到外脆內Q彈,還有拉絲效果又不會太甜,微微的酸味使味道層次增加了。欖仁鮮蟹肉粉絲煲,蟹肉鮮甜,粉絲炒得夠乾身還帶有少許的辣味來提味,花椒油是畫龍點晴的,落少許有麻麻辣辣的感覺非常過癮。豉蒜涼瓜炆素千層,苦瓜炒得爽,千層入味,這個菜的味道帶有很強的豆豉香味,還有回甘效果。味道: 值得一試環境: 寬敞衛生: 整潔服務: 殷勤價錢: 超值 continue reading
