啱啱去完旅行,咁就約咗個朋友畀手信佢。㨂咗間中菜叫做香馥樓係銅鑼灣廣場二期6樓。 係銅鑼灣c出口一行上嚟就見到,勁方便👍上到去見到啲裝修勁新!低環境好舒服。叫咗個咕嚕鳳梨黑毛豬肉。想碟嗰陣時煙霧瀰漫,仙氣重重,打卡一流。啲豬肉係勁juice勁有咬口,個咕嚕皮脆,啲汁直頭係拉絲咁,好味😍芥末墨魚仔,個皮好脆,墨魚仔係一片片勁有咬口😜紫砂功夫燉湯就勁有特色。入面係啲菇類菌類,再有瘦肉同埋雞喺入面。飲落有淡淡嘅清香。暖暖胃勁舒服。最後叫咗隻鹽焗乳鴿,做緊優惠68蚊一隻勁優惠。個味教得啱啱好,食完一啖之後完全停唔到直接食曬😚😚 continue reading

今日同朋友喺銅鑼灣食晚飯,佢介紹咗一間位於銅鑼灣廣場嘅中菜館,感覺好似私房菜咁,環境好精緻,啲嘢食都好有心思。餐廳嘅裝潢好優雅,啲枱同椅都好有格調,背景仲有啲淡紫色嘅裝飾,成個氛圍好舒服,啱晒同朋友一邊食一邊傾計。

一入座,服務員就拎咗一壺熱茶過來,茶壺係透明嘅,可以見到啲茶葉喺入面慢慢散開,飲落好清新,暖笠笠咁好舒服。我哋叫咗幾款菜式,先講啲小食,佢哋嘅杞子花雕醉雞真係好正!醉雞肉質好嫩,啖啖都滲咗花雕酒嘅香氣,杞子仲帶少少甜味,食落好開胃,份量都啱啱好,兩個人分一小份真係啱晒。跟住我哋叫咗兩碗杏汁菜膽燉白肺湯,呢個湯真係好驚喜!湯底好濃郁,杏汁嘅甜味同菜膽嘅清新好平衡,白肺燉得好腍,入口即化,飲完成個人都暖晒,特別係而家天氣少少涼,飲呢啲湯真係好滋補。

主菜方面,我哋點咗香芒脆蝦球同香馥小炒皇。香芒脆蝦球係我今晚最鍾意嘅一道菜!啲蝦球外面係炸到金黃嘅脆皮,咬落好香脆,入面嘅蝦肉好彈牙,搭配埋芒果醬同黑芝麻,甜甜鹹鹹嘅味道好夾,食完一啲都唔膩。香馥小炒皇就係一碟炒雜菜,入面有蝦仁、帶子、腰果同好多新鮮蔬菜,炒得啱啱好,菜保持到爽脆嘅口感,調味好清淡但好香,腰果仲增加咗啲口感,成碟菜食落好健康又滿足。

餐廳嘅服務都好貼心,每道菜上枱時都會用熱座保溫,啲菜一直都保持熱辣辣,食到最後都唔會凍晒,呢個細節真係好加分。整體嚟講,今晚嘅晚餐真係好有驚喜,啲菜式雖然唔係話好誇張,但每一款都好用心,味道同擺盤都好有水準。喺銅鑼灣咁繁忙嘅地方,搵到咁一間安靜又精緻嘅中菜館,感覺真係好唔錯。 continue reading
