好友說有心事要分享,happy Friday要盡情把酒談歡.這一通電話就將我由九龍西帶到去九龍東觀一座工廈的Blueduck Workshop.今晚不想苦花心思叫甚麼便每人叫一個set dinner.前菜是煙火腿沙律.數片咸香的煙火腿伴著新鮮的沙律菜,甚為開胃.但最吸睛的恐怕都是放在中間的秋葵吧.遠看還以為是條德國腸.餐湯是菠菜忌廉湯.豐富的泡沫下面是混合了菠菜的香濃忌廉湯.雙手捧著杯子,熱呼呼的將它喝進空空的肚子裡,還沒試主菜已經有種幸福滿足的感覺.主菜是這個西班牙黑豚豬鞍扒.我這個大食王就覺得這個扒的份量不太夠,還好,質素搭夠.全熟的豬鞍扒的肉質不鞋,搭配的醬汁亦不錯.正常的甜品質素.但值得稱讚的是,看似普通的Tiramisu中間的那層咖啡忌廉十分幼滑濃郁,搭配酸酸的O者O厘,感覺幾得意.飯後果茶,幾香的citrus味,夠清新.

餐廳的裝修可與中環蘇豪區的西餐廳相比.燈光柔和,碰巧光顧的晚上客人不多,可靜靜地享受一個和知己暢談的晚上!
