去尖沙咀吃晚飯慶祝跟蝦子餅結婚800日,本來想試溫野菜,但等位的人實在太多了,只好放棄。見Alma澳瑪葡國菜有位,便去試試看。餐廳的環境格局令人感覺很舒服。餐牌和餐具等都以藍黃兩色為主。坐下來不久,店員先送來暖暖的麵包。前菜方面,點了葡式肉腸煎蛋($70),兩隻雞蛋加上少許葡式肉腸和麵包脆粒,葡式肉腸很香口但份量太少了。差不多每次吃葡國菜我都點炒蜆,嚐了這裡的檸檬白酒煮蜆($125),不論是蜆的鮮味和調味,都比澳門的葡國餐廳遜色得多。主菜點了招牌炭燒霹靂春雞($98),霹靂春雞的特製調味料帶點辣,味道不錯。
