是日清明節,食素真係最好不過,一黎就清清地,清下腸胃,而黎食素就可以應下節,所以就黎左我平時至愛既素菜店,素食一家食唔慣素菜既朋友,真係可以試呢款鎮江骨,食落口感激似肉類,大概是它鬆化既感覺,酸酸甜甜,真係令人食唔停口這個很燙很燙,而且份量大,建議兩人分享一份,葡汁很濃,雞的口感也做得跟真的差不多,絕對是吃肉者首選豉汁靈芝菇蒸蟠龍鳝又點呢,用咗紫菜包住腐皮長長一條切件上碟,加上香濃豉汁,原來口感、味道和賣相都有真鳝8成。
