Under his recommendation (actually what he learned from openrice.com before coming to the airport), we ordered 3 appetizers, 1 noodle, and 1 pop, at a total of HK$260 (approx USD34). Having considered the location (HKG), adequate and friendly services, quality of food, and the high rental fee this shop facing (i personally count that while my dad doesn't really agreed because of T2 is quiet than T1 ... oh oh oh), I have no complaint on this meal.
I consider both the 鹵水鴨舌 & 蔡瀾撈麵 are the "must order" items.
The texture of the 素鵝 are great ... "over seasonings". It's a nightmare to drink a lot of water before going bed (due to MSG or seasonings???)
Although this 海蜇芥末雞腳筋 is one of the signature dishes, I personally find nothing special to us (just personally consider that ... different dinner has different appetite, right!?)
After leaving the restaurant, my dad and I are thinking about to revisit when I return to NY. (actually, we did that but narrow down the dishes we order)
Other Info. :
For those who didn't or can't visit their north point shop, I suggest you guys visit this HKG-T2 shop instead.
