朋友都知我對豬手情有獨鍾,特意帶我去試"粗菜館"的豬手,果然無令我失望...豬手充滿骨膠原,多食可以令皮膚保持彈性。這裡的話梅豬手很JUICY,中式煮法可令豬手軟彈之餘,更令味道完全滲入豬手裡。當你食完整舊豬手,話梅會令你口腔保持一份甘甜,很特別。鹹魚醬蒸肉餅,肉餅好滑,配合鹹魚是甘香,最好配飯。來得呢度,當然唔少得食佢的豬油撈飯啦!已經有20幾年無食過,好懷念以前的味道。其實大家都怕肥,不過就算將整(更)豬油撈飯,亦都唔覺有肥LAM LAM的感覺。唔錯! haha...炸得外脆內軟,色澤金黃,明顯用了新鮮油炸,再配合西檸汁,可令你更開胃。魚湯浸勝瓜-雖然唔算好特別的菜式,但配合上面那幾道濃味菜式,可起中和作用。而魚湯亦都飲唔出味精,感覺FRESH。薏米水可以去濕養顏,而一杯清甜味道的飲品令整餐飯更加完滿。這店以家常小菜以主,我的朋友當這裡係佢的飯堂,皆因貪佢無咩味精。不過我係現場見到,得確唔少一家大細係到開飯。可以再來
