今個冬天本來甚和暖,想不到12月寒流突襲,少有的冷至得幾度,既來之則安之,除了着多件衫之外,有誰不愛熱辣辣的煲仔菜、煲仔飯及羊腩煲!這個晚上在沙田「帝都酒店」的「玉庭」,我們六個人八個煲,吃得盡興!餐前小食 $18味道豐富,很好吃!菜膽杏汁豬肺燉花膠湯 $188/位真窩心,晚飯由滋補養顏湯開始,奶白色的湯頭非常夠火喉,醇厚香甜!大大件花膠炆至完全軟透,入口非常潤澤易化;豬肺及菜膽同樣軟滑掛汁。椒香黃油雲南姬松茸虎蝦煲 $298原只虎蝦連殼煎炒香氣四溢,新鮮肉彈;亮點更是雲南姬松茸,吸盡精華。桂花蚌蟹粉蟹肉銀絲煲 $338炒得乾身夠鑊氣,粉絲是寶,滿嘴蟹香!蟹肉及桂花蚌味道鮮甜。蘿蔔栗子蜑家雞煲 $268仲以為是什麼蜆煲,原來是蜑家雞煲!蜑家人冇嘢多、海鮮最多,所以炆雞煲亦以海產作湯頭,意想不到的討好,奶黃色的湯頭醇原味鮮甜,滿嘴雞湯及海鮮湯的混合,愈飲愈想飲。蜆肉飽滿,鮮甜美味;雞肉香滑。豆豉金蒜生啫大鱔煲 $338我很喜歡吃鱔,所以又粗又厚的正中下懷,非常香惹,完全滿足!古法雙冬扣羊腩煲 $498選用黑草羊bb,所以沒有羊羶味,連皮大件肉厚,非常入味。蘋果黑醋東坡肉 $258別於傳統
