今日和家人外出吃飯,媽媽提議要吃火鍋,如在家中打邊爐實需浪費很多人力物力,洗海鮮切菜這些吃力不討好的工作媽媽當然要盡可能避免。既然如此,我的工作便是找一家適合一家大小去食的火鍋店。仔細搜尋和詢問朋友的意見後,老三是我的最佳選擇。老三這傳統的火鍋店名字其實一直都知道,只是還未有經濟能力時,實在不敢嘗試,因為印象上散叫的火鍋店感覺上很不划算,但今次完全令我改觀。價錢相宜4款調味,唔花巧夠傳統<秘製老鴨鍋(半隻) $78>鎮店之寶老鴨鍋果然名不虛傳,用料十足。鍋一到時侍應先建議我們品嚐湯底的味道,湯喝夠後再加配料變火鍋。老鴨湯內有很多藥材成分,色澤啡紅,喝起來味道甘甜,連鴨皮熬煮的湯上帶少量油花,令喝起來時更滑更易入口。而湯質感濃厚,味道豐富而不會喝完很口渴,感受到與和媽媽煲的住家湯一樣好喝。<特級靚肥牛 $218>打邊爐怎能沒肥牛:我們點了牆上寫著的手切靚肥牛,份量一足。我很喜歡手切牛肉,因為比機切的厚身,吃起來更有口感,更能感受到牛肉的肉質和味道。這肥牛吃起來不覺油膩,新鮮的牛肉味道香濃,現在人長大了更追求食物的質素而非份量,如果是雪藏的無味肥牛,還是不要
