上星期三約左幾個老友食飯,之前留意到老三轉左任食火鍋放題,於是就即刻打去訂位。當晚去到環境都算幾乾淨,座位亦算寬敞,而且仲有電視睇,喺旺角黎講$198呢個價錢就冇得彈。一開波就黎個雞煲先,不過因為我地幾個都戒辣所以唔要,但我聞到隔離左右食雞煲既味都相當之香味撲鼻,估計雞煲味道應該不錯。正題,我地都開始食火鍋,海鮮拼盤有鮑魚/花膠/蟶子/蜆/龍躉,然後任飲食既牛肉質素ok,白鱔都係任叫,而且個烏冬真係稻庭烏冬,呢個我加佢分,整體食物質素不錯,仲要任飲汽水雪糕,仲要冇限時,呢間可以話平靚正,旺角吹水火鍋必食之選!不過呢唯一美中不足之處係,可能樓面及廚房人手不足,所以後加火鍋料既效率較低,等左唔少時間,但由於冇限時既關係,呢個缺點算做抵銷左啦!

上星期五晚同朋友去旺角打邊爐,想食火鍋放題但walk-in間間都無位,醒起呢間以前成日食,出名用老鴨湯打邊爐嘅港式火鍋店。老三火鍋如其名,我用「麻甩」嚟形容,喺呢度食嘢唔使顧儀態,講嘢可以大大聲,啱哂一班人圍爐gathering。之前食過秘制老鴨鍋,加咗紅棗、杞子、黨參等藥材,湯底幾夠火候,人少可以叫半隻$78。呢幾日天氣凍想食辣暖下胃,於是叫咗麻辣拼清湯,麻辣湯裡面有豬皮及豬紅,偏香辣但唔夠麻,愈煲會愈辣。配料方面,雙拼加$10,例如廣島蠔拼本地滑牛、韮菜餃拼魚皮餃、芝士腸拼午餐肉等。美國肥牛脂肪比肉多,想食牛嘅話最好叫貴少少嘅手切肥牛或安格斯肥牛,由$138至$178不等,大碟牛有十二片左右。醉雞丸比金沙丸好食,金沙蝦丸或墨魚丸雖然彈牙足料,包住大大粒蛋黃餡,不過煮得耐唔夠流心,相反醉雞丸入面係醉雞汁,咬落去會爆汁,帶濃濃酒香,想試哂幾隻味亦可以叫四寶丸。另外有多款時價海鮮散叫,呢度收醬料每位$12及開胃小食$8,埋單每人約$200,食物算貨真價實,人多記得提前訂位。

同一大班朋友收工之後去到旺角打邊爐!之前朋友食過呢間呀話好推介!佢本身係一個好養生嘅人,佢話一齊去打邊爐嘅時候我哋都奇怪,佢話佢打邊爐淨係打呢一間 ,因為每次食完佢都唔會有熱氣唔舒服嘅感覺😂呢度嘅招牌湯底係老鴨湯啦,味道好香好濃!啲店員我哋咁多人就開咗間房俾我哋,服務態度都好好!配料方面選擇都好多,除咗唔少得嘅肥牛之外都有好多唔同海鮮!😍叫到成張枱都擺唔晒,原因就係呢度嘅價錢唔算好貴,一大班人食下食下忍唔住就越叫越多😍食完之後真係完全冇喉嚨痛熱氣嘅感覺,可能因為個湯底真係好補!😂😂😂

另一款推介的是這兒招牌餃, 自家製的皮薄餡靚, 咬下去滿口湯汁, 菜肉比例很好, 鮮中帶甜, 難怪是招牌必點。


椰果菠蘿汁味道清新, 酸酸甜甜的十分開胃解膩, 加入椰果多了一分Q彈咬口, 質感更清爽, 兩人分享一樽剛好。

今晚相約舊同事聚舊,他提議去一間佬味重但實在的地方打邊爐。這裡不收加一,醬油及小食則算收費公道。先來一碟小食椒鹽豆腐,覺得太乾身的話亦可沾喼汁,外層不算太脆,但香及惹味。至於炸腐皮卷是即叫即炸的老鴨湯兩個人叫半隻鴨經已很足夠,這裡的確用料足。鴨湯清甜不油膩,朋友跟 L 都飲了兩三碗再吃鴨肉半隻鴨肉煮得很腍而且很入味。更有金華火腿吊味終於開始打邊爐了,因為單吃小食及鴨肉都半飽,一於選較高質食材又不算飽肚吧。先來蟶子,肉質鮮甜美味。簡單灼熟就吃得。店員推薦馬貝說很鮮甜,起初都不知道馬貝來歷但見店員很誠懇的都決定一試。上桌時經已預先切片方便灼熟吃,這個很快熟,爽口鮮甜果然無介紹錯。醉雞丸一上桌就見到旁邊插著小心燙口的旗仔,原來滾熟之後裡面的流心真的很滾燙。這裡服務很周到及細心,怪不得聽到很多熟客回頭。

今天放工就約好朋友來到旺角聚聚順便打邊爐食晚飯,找到老三火就點左個招牌老鴨火鍋,半只鴨$78好扺食,滾左幾滾,侍應話鴨湯滋補清甜,果然無介紹錯,清甜不油膩,紅棗杞子配合特別滋補,我地連飲兩碗😂😂餐前小吃雞泡魚做得香甜煙韌,白鱔雙飛好值得推介,鱔肉爽滑鮮甜,好吃都停不了口,😍👍手切靚牛,火鍋必吃之選,肉質鮮嫩鲜味,牛味十足,好快就被我兩掃清,最后放上淮山麺,又是另一番滋味,調味自己配上,變成自己心頭愛,今日火鍋吃得好滿足又抵食,我地會再光顧的🥰🥰

一班fd出旺角,想揾個地方食嘢傾下計,大家唔想諗食乜,所以去咗打邊爐,但湯底又好多選擇,結果又揀咗好耐,樣樣都有人想試😂最後揀咗沙魚骨湯,好似好特別,响外面唔常見,所以試下,估唔到都幾鮮甜食物選擇好多,肉類好夠鮮味,魚骨腩好鮮無腥味,滑牛真係好有牛味,滑牛應該就算白烚都好好味,魚腐大大碟,而且又大粒又好味,豬肉都好大碟又香,想細嚐有唔少好選擇,又有好啱暢聚大口食嘅食物啤酒價錢都好抵,打邊爐配埋冰凍啤酒真係一流,唔飲酒嘅話,酸梅汁都好好飲同朋友大魚大肉,隊下啤,吹下水,開開心心歡聚一晚😋

今晚是第一次到老三吃火鍋, 這是朋友推介的,他們推介食老鴨湯底打邊爐,但我同朋友不太好食鴨煲,所以轉食花膠煲。可以最近旺角區遊行,所以人流不多,無須等候,即可入座。一定要在打邊爐前飲一碗濃湯湯底,湯底濃郁的胡椒味,個啖湯好有家的感覺😬🔺花膠湯底的花膠好足料,撈起有兩大件花膠,足料和和味。打邊爐最重要除了電爐之外, 就一定要用料要新鮮。老三的食材算是新鮮,,比較大集團的貨色為佳,主打時價海鮮,店員介紹即開馬貝比我地食,我地試一試$68一大隻,感覺似日本食既刺身,好彈口,下鍋10秒可撈起食。最有印象的就是有店員會主動來把湯面的油撈起。火鍋必食既珊瑚蚌,因為新鮮的關係,口感爽口。手製韭菜水餃🥟全部都是香香韭菜味。手作響鈴超級好食。肥牛有多種選擇,花膠豬骨煲,只得大大件。總括: 花膠湯底滿意,可以先飲碗湯再下料火鍋🍲可以叫些海鮮🦞火鍋鮮味夠。
