假期前夕,與友外出飯聚,選擇了地點方便的「名館」用餐。「名館」是一間多元化的中菜館,同時提供粵菜、滬菜、川菜等美食。甫入座,店員便送上一壼滾「熱米茶」,味道甜香,是比一般茶葉茶或花茶特別的安排。 首先送上的是兩客點心,「鮮肉一口小籠包」一籠五件,出品皮薄肉嫩,湯汁份量足夠,但仍有空間再添一點。「鮮蝦野菜春卷」的賣點當然是熱辣香脆的食感。因晚市菜式選擇豐富,這些香口炸物大多即叫即製,只要控油得當,不難給予一份脆香享受。「蒜泥白肉」本屬合意冷盤,只可惜蒜泥過鹹,影響了評分。小編喜歡喝湯,當然不會錯過品嚐燉湯的機會。這客「姬松茸燉花膠」以金屬水壺盛載,十分「墜手」。湯料除姬松茸及花膠外,亦加入了鮮雞瘦肉等一同肴製,味道濃香。唯一要挑剔的地方,是每份燉湯的份量太少,難言滿足。 「厚切叉燒皇」外觀紅潤,紋理清晰,肉味肉質俱佳,讚!接下來是兩道川菜「川辣小炒王」與「沸騰水煮滑魚片」。前者以魷魚、豬膶、薯片等等雜炒製成,辛辣感不過份,適合只嗜小辣的朋友。後者以明火待續煲煮,麻辣感俱重。魚片雖滑,但魚味很淡,只靠辣油上味始終差一點點。翻開魚片辣椒,除了有常見的薯粉外,更有金菇、豬紅、午餐肉等配料,令
