人大個左,阿阿媽阿爸食飯既機會愈來愈少,今日難得大家都得閒,就帶佢地尼名館食番餐好既一開始尼番碗湯,烏雞補身好多人都知,但煲得好又唔係一件容易既事。佢雖然原隻雞煲,但個湯一啲都唔油,仲放左啲菇同花膠等等既材料,超級足料。飲落口清得尼又好濃,除左個湯好飲之外,啲料都好食。因為煲得奈,啲湯料都煲到好林,雞完全好食,雞唔會煲到無曬味,唔乾得尼仲幾滑,明顯係新鮮雞。所以即使爸爸媽媽牙唔同,呢個湯都絕對o岩佢地飲。豆炒到超級爽甜,好夠鑊氣,鮑魚好新鮮彈牙,一啲都唔硬。菇同樣炒到好香,成碟野味精唔多,比較清淡。其實有5粒,但比我媽媽偷食左黑松露好香好香,佢隻香味令小籠包高級了不少。一淡食落去超級足滿,溫度o岩o岩好,唔會辣親個咀。咬落滿滿既湯汁,好鮮甜,食落一啲都唔油膩。入面舊肉好林,一啲肥膏都無。仲有仲有!雖然佢個皮整得薄,但整得好好。點知整得好?夾起小籠包個皮唔會穿就證明到。覺得佢有啲唔夠酸,酸番少少就滿分了,甜甜地。佢啲肉炸粉好薄,好脆,啲肉一啲都唔硬,亦無半點肥膏。水蜜桃好甜,脆口的,同啲肉好夾。好清唔太甜,飲落個口好舒服。啲菊花都可以食,好嫩,咬兩咬就吞得。遼參本身無咩味,用鮑魚汁尼整就
