證券界一向獲普羅大眾熱捧,而在中環這個Dealer集中地,勵精中心19字樓就存在了一個神秘的Dealer私竇 - "證券商協會會所"。對於讀文科及Maths不合格的我來說,證券界是一個非常陌生的行業;諷刺的是,我卻有個從事金融投資界30多年的爸爸....今天就讓我們在這傳說中的19樓設宴兩圍,與各方好友大吃大喝一番。協會於 1979 年 由一班經驗豐富之證券商所創辦,要成為member需要會員提名,難怪一直都神神秘秘的,又不接受傳媒雜誌訪問,一副極不憂做的姿態。今晚又要麻煩爐兄寫菜單,點了一桌子必食名物,每位盛惠$470元。蝦多士及炸脆奶及炸脆奶都是名物,出來打頭陣卻未能做勢。蝦多士水準不穩定,我的那塊白麵包根本未炸得透,一點也不脆,就算蝦夠鮮味新鮮亦瀰補不了這缺點。炸脆奶更令人失望,又係未炸熟,一啲都唔熱,懷疑啲炸油根本未夠滾,是頗難吃的。莫非這大時代中的19樓是惡夢的開始?唔通呢排股市唔多掂,連廚房大佬都無心戀戰?非也...美艷的 "薑芽香骨炒鴿片" (需預訂) 一上場就洗走哂之前的頹氣,大廚先將鴿肉起骨,然後用酸甜汁伴炒,啖啖肥美鴿肉,吃得非常過癮!啖啖肉的背後是大廚用人手將乳鴿
