中秋過後好快又到大閘蟹季節,四周圍都會聽到「九月圓臍十月尖」,農曆九月家人亦會約埋一群蟹痴買雌蟹返屋企開餐,十月先拆雄蟹食白羔 ,聖誕節前家中總洋溢著花雕酒味同蟹味。XO仔因敏感問題極少食蟹,不過適逢九旬長輩於灣仔「留園雅敘」大宴親朋一嚐全蟹宴,江南特產陽澄湖大閘蟹剛好可橫行無忌地為細佬慶祝寫下第四百編食評 !「留園雅敘」離灣仔地鐵站不遠,附近亦有多條港九巴士及小巴線會路經,電車站就喺後面街,大廈門外亦設有代客泊車服務,交通方便得很。步出升降機門前一刻已聞到強勁o既蟹味同醋味,似乎店內大部分食客都係黎食大閘蟹,幸好主人家預訂o既私人房間冷氣足且流通,就算全枱十三人面前都有一大碗醋,房內o既蟹醋味一啲都唔過份。除咗頭盤之外,主人家吩咐帶有上海鄉音o既肥嬸嬸將所有大閘蟹菜式平均分成十二份,而薑、糖等醬油就放喺轉盤上等客人自由加添。雖然店內人手不足,故被扣下服務分,但睇得出長駐房內嗰位嬸嬸非常勤奮,獨力支撐就算有啲吃力都保持笑容,一有時間更會自動自覺為各人斟添酒水及更換碗碟,態度極佳 ,衛生意識亦高。當小肥行近分餸小枱位置拍下酒樽及酒瓶o既相片作記錄時,居然見到張「出品單」,發現大閘蟹
