蒸汽鍋來說, 最重要是食材新鮮及蒸煮時間配合。和牛, 蟹, 蜆, 石斑塊, 蝦, 帶子, 象拔蚌煮出來的粥底不用說也能想像到有多鮮甜。對我來說, 粥底才是精華這間店地方雖少, 眼看只有4至5張台, 但地方夠乾淨衛生, 女店員服務周到, 效率非常快
