天氣突然轉凍,約了朋友吃尼個好出名的邊爐。店的位置極好搵,店面位置都寬敞,整間店藍色調裝修,好舒服。得讚的是凳子舒適度好令人滿意。湯底點佐鹿茸菌清燉花膠湯,雞肉好多,雞腳燉得軟㜛容易脫骨,花膠又多又大塊厚身,味道好鮮甜,吃得出用料好足,湯底都好令人滿足。打邊爐材料非常新鮮。白鱔片是新鮮的魚片,刀功好正,冇魚刺,肉質鮮嫩,帶奶香味,食得好過癮。安格斯牛肉片雪花好靚,厚薄適宜,燙十幾秒就可以食啦,唔蘸醬味道都幾好。百花釀油條是可以即食的。但是系個湯底過幾秒,再蘸酸辣醬冇得讚,又有湯的鮮味,又保留油條脆卜卜的口感。海蝦🦐好大條,肉質彈牙。豬肚好乾淨,厚身有口感。牛百葉切得很薄很漂亮,蘸下醬更脆口。鵝腸處理得好乾淨,好爽脆,意外之喜。豆腐最後食,吸收㘔湯底的精華,食得好滿足。
