呢間喺鵝頸橋街市2樓熟食中心裡面既九記牛雜粉麵。又係一間我由細食到宜家既食店。從細已經麻麻地呢間既清湯,所以多年以來一直都食撈麵。里度啲麵麻麻地,麵香欠奉,煮得也時好時壞。不過我要重點介紹係里度既車仔餸。今日中午叫左撈粗,牛雜,筋腩,冬菇,豬紅,魚餅加送一粒炸雲吞,加杯凍齋啡。呢度啲牛雜係新鮮貨,通通都好食特別中意牛腸 - 我只能用肥美黎形容呢度既鮮牛腸。筋腩牛筋大件,林但唔係軟坺坺。牛腩可以乾脆叫“牛三層肉”,肉香同油香兼備。冬菇厚身,無乜菇味。始終係車仔麵小店我唔會expect佢用靚花菇。煎魚餅係呢度既招牌之一(其實呢度樣樣餸都好食,樣樣都可以做招牌)。煎得唔算好油,魚肉彈牙同時保留到魚味。相信打魚餅嗰陣無落太多粉。豬紅中規中矩,粒送既炸雲吞堅脆又唔會好油。
