新春撈起 $228新一年個個都希望可以撈到風生水起,咁梗係要點返碟撈起黎食啦。新春撈起材料有紅蘿白絲、青蘿白絲、黃蘿白絲、京蔥絲、紫椰菜絲、番薯乾絲、炸芋頭絲配上炸蓮藕片、金華火腿絲及煙三文魚。仲有酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁而成。不過最緊要食個意頭,我都係依度恭祝大家新一年事事順心!烤北京填鴨 $168(半隻)$328(一隻)師博出色嘅刀功,將北京填鴨切成108塊,其中有十幾塊係「一口酥」,亦係北京填鴨最精華嘅部分,入口即融嘅口感真係好正。而古琴雅苑嘅北京填鴨最特別嘅地方就係有哈蜜瓜做配料,岩晒小朋友嘅口味。香草鮮魚羹 $88鮮魚羹超香甜,即使係好似我唔係太鐘意食魚嘅人都覺得容易入口。唔怕會有一陣魚腥味。宮保河蝦仁 $158微微辣辣嘅花生同蝦仁,但對於鍾意食辣嘅我黎講就一定唔夠。雖然係有少少微辣味但絕對唔會蓋過鮮蝦嘅甜味,令人好似食緊一堆辣粉咁。蟹粉獅子頭 $158 傳統上海菜式,賣相同味道都一流。婆婆最鍾意就係食依樣餸。因為有好多菜岩晒上左年紀嘅佢。椒鹽黃魚 $138 廚師將條魚炸度脆卜卜,所以就連骨都可以吞落肚。而且唔洗擔心小朋友或者老人家食個陣會啃親。啖啖魚肉岩晒鍾意食魚但又怕啃骨嘅朋友仔。
