韓國醬油蟹醬油蝦就食得多啦,估唔到有得係香港食到潮州既醃鮮,一於約班FD去試下。要數世界上最邪惡既食物,我相信豬油渣都可以列入頭十名勁耐冇食過豬油渣麵,竟然見到呢度有得食豬油渣蒸水蛋,梗係要試試啦🤤🤤🤤🐷豬油渣炸過非常香口,脆卜卜之餘入面重有香口的油香,而且唔會覺得食落口好油膩或者好大陣酥味,送飯一流而雞蛋亦都蒸得好有水準,蒸得夠嫩滑,而且唔會蒸到起泡,口感順滑又香。配上甜甜的豉油,整個組合相當惹味熱辣辣既脆炸饅頭配上練奶,永遠都食唔停口卥水拼盤有豬耳丶豆腐丶紅腸丶豬大腸丶五花肉等等,味道唔會太咸,送飯送啤酒都一流。$43蚊一隻的聖子皇,大大隻,味道唔錯,而肉質都爽口$18蚊一隻既醃生蝦,每隻都有半隻手掌咁大。肉質都幾結實,醬油味唔會太咸。脆炸獅子頭,餡料好足料又結實,啖啖都係肉味。配泰式雞醬唔錯。炒得好乾身既粉絲,配料有蛋丶冬菇等等,味道唔會太濃,食落幾爽口。大愛油炸過的咸魚配芥蘭,咸魚炸過後脆卜卜,送酒真係一流!超正。

而雞蛋亦都蒸得好有水準,蒸得夠嫩滑,而且唔會蒸到起泡,口感順滑又香。配上甜甜的豉油,整個組合相當惹味
