朋友今晚阿sir請食飯,又無啦啦預埋我,有得吃好東西當然九秒九衝過去!店子原來尖沙咀韓國街一條小卷轉入去,落了一層。門面和裝修是金碧輝煌類,想不到昏暗的橫街中有這般貴氣的食肆。由於是別人的經理請吃飯,所以今次我影不到單據和點餐紙,只能介紹一下各樣異常豐富的食物質素,不知道價錢。牡丹蝦刺身,分量很多,有手掌般長。以竹篾紥成的棚子墊底,牡丹蝦整齊的鋪在碎冰上,賣相己經嘩嘩聲。蝦身有光澤,但有一兩隻近頭的蝦肉位開始軟身。肉質爽口。海膽刺身,是加拿大海膽吧,每件海膽有食指般長。 為什麼都是這麼巨型呢?我們好像嗶雪糕般吃海膽, 雖然這種大海膽味道不濃, 但質感幼滑,滿足視覺效果。金屋藏嬌湯底, 是店家主打湯底, 友人極力推介。 芫荽下是閃閃生輝的金黃色的油雞,拍過照後,侍應拿回廚房斬件。回桌後要先喝湯底,用足料靚雞淆製的湯底還有一圈鍋爐般大冬瓜,軟身得用湯殼一抓己經挖到。湯頭充滿冬瓜清甜,減少雞油肥膩感。另一個是胡椒豬肚湯湯底,入口勁重胡椒香。有比較下還是金屋藏嬌湯底頂瓜瓜。另外就是生蠔,手切牛,白鱔,手打丸,象拔蚌,珊瑚蚌之類。手打墨丸必點,比坊間的更彈牙爽口,包無介紹錯!意大利黑毛豬,友人說
