間中會去十月都去過1次。但今次真係好差!兩個人叫就兩款牛加其他嘢,淨牛5xx!兩款都奀到不得了,同店員反應佢只係講咗句,係咩?就調頭走咗去!完全無諗過幫你去解決。到埋單個陣同另一個店員講,佢話你早啲講會換比你,我哋回佢,講咗啦,你位員工無反應!咁嘅價錢咁嘅服務無下次!香港人唔係水魚!仲見到有員工係張正到𢴇緊枱嘅枱面上分緊金屋藏嬌嘅雞同冬瓜,另一個𢴇緊枱嘅員工將殘渣彈咗入呢個湯底到再上去另一枱!

早好幾年前巳經常去北角間大紅袍食晚飯,而加北角分店無咗,就去最方便我既尖沙咀分店😎座位相當闊落,餐廳環境幾舒服,枱上九格調味架相當吸睛一場黎到當然要食返佢既招牌湯底金屋藏嬌,用多種養生食材熬制而成,包括花膠、野生竹笙、冬瓜、紅棗和半只雞等。入口先是清甜冬瓜味,再來卻是濃郁雞湯油香,美湯入口濃郁花膠竹笙大大舊,十分滋補,湯一定要飲完先好打邊爐火煱材料好新鮮,而且碟碟足料,必食手切牛、牛肉刺身、手打梅菜豬肉丸🤤特別是那個肥鵝腸,本人認為系咁多間火煱點中最出色的一間,爽脆而且有少許肥膏,肥而不膩還有蝦膠足料彈牙,可選配料十分多👍🏻

最後,她知自己理虧,我問有冇優惠,她免了我們2權汽水🥤多謝晒囉
差不多$3000餐飯,真心冇可能再回頭,食得麻辣火鍋梗係想要辣,成日話就香港人口味
香港人都好多人鍾意食辣架,否則唔會嚟啦⋯⋯一肚氣!

佢嘅湯底雞湯鮮味有冬瓜,半隻雞,有啲菜。非常足料。值得一提,湯底嘅雞係好嫩滑,完全唔會係煲湯雞嗰種感覺。另外海鮮我哋叫咗聖子同埋蠔🦪🦪。呢兩樣嘢都係好鮮味。好好食。全部都值得推介。


呢個舖頭嘅環境真係好舒服,唔會覺得好嘈,打邊爐來講算有空間感。裝修亦比較新,座位舒適。


食物價錢合理,每樣食物/湯底都係百幾至二百幾。我覺得價錢合理。

剛開業頭幾年十分火爆,現在比較容影訂位。最驚艷就是湯底,那個雞在冬瓜內,一直煲的時間,冬瓜出來的湯汁就變了鮮甜湯底,加上金黃色的原隻雞隻,淆出的湯勁鮮甜,好濃好好味,每一啖都是精華。先把湯飲哂先再放其他配料打邊爐便不浪費!

同朋友提早慶祝生日,選擇咗大紅袍打邊爐,入座後第一時間揀湯底,但由於選擇困難,揀咗一段時間,諗住叫侍應先落湯底,點知成間舖得兩個夥計咁,起碼叫咗15分鐘先有人應我哋,後來先知道原來有兩個part time無返,有個年長一點既侍應表示歉意。食物非常新鮮,麻煩湯底味道好好,椰子雞味道不錯,材料方面,我就覺得份量少左啲,如果比足夠啲滿意度會增加😊😊總括來講,食物環境都不錯,值得一試。

一到12月個個都好開心,到處去慶祝,加上凍凍地最岩去食火煱,我e個火煱迷一定到處去食啦,今次去左大紅袍,喜歡佢地個到食物新鮮,環境又靚,火煱底料又足,又多食物選擇,叫左個蕃茄n 麻辣煱,中和返口味,又係叫d火煱必食ge野,准山,竹生,牛肉,薯仔(加埋落個蕃茄湯到變蕃茄薯仔湯),甜蝦都好好食,響玲,鬼馬蝦滑(e個好特別,一定要試),王喉,豬潤,豆腐,全部野都好新鮮咩都可以試下,雖然價錢有d貴但係值ge,大家快d去試下
