北上搵食成為大趨勢, 真係影響到香港好多食肆!平時要喺大公館假期前book到位食飯都幾難, 但今晚去到大公館見到只有四五枱客, 個心有啲酸!我哋真係自己book枱, 自費食評!今晚叫咗尊貴套餐, 其實每位都只係788蚊, 唔算好貴!頭盤有黑毛豬叉燒、黑魚子花雕醉南非鮑魚加麻香涼拌萵筍。叉燒好冧好好食; 個鮑魚真係不得了, 彈牙得嚟又好冧, 花雕味剛剛好😋;萵筍有淡淡嘅嘅麻辣味, 醒胃!魚汁白玉金勾花膠湯湯底好甜, 花膠真材實料!法國藍腳菇炒蘇格蘭蟶子皇啲菇炒得好香, 豉汁味亦都調教得啱啱好, 可惜只得一條聖子, 有啲意猶未盡!芙蓉豆酥蒸銀鱈魚球舊銀鱈魚好滑, 下面嘅芙蓉蛋白蒸得好Q彈😍鳳梨脆皮京都骨造型好可愛, 特製醬汁紅色好搶眼, 裏面舊豬扒其實係冇骨嘅而且好鬆化👍🏼, 下面嘅菠蘿用火燒過, 甜味大增!豆漿杞子黑腐竹浸時菜同埋金瑤櫻花蝦蛋白炒飯同樣高質素!見隔離嗰枱個啫啫雞煲好香, 我哋都忍唔住叫咗個🤪味道正常, 啲雞係雞柳, 唔係新鮮雞, 不過真係好香!甜品有造型可愛嘅南瓜金球, 唔係好甜, 煎堆皮亦都做得好靚!仲有童年回憶「菲林桶」金箔懷舊芝麻卷, 可惜啲芝麻味唔係好重!整體嚟講

整體嚟講, 成個套餐質素都好高, 價錢亦都好合理; 服務非常之好(唔知嗰日係咪太少人);裝修亦都好有中國特色而且座位寬闊, 地點亦都喺地鐵站隔離, 咁小食客真係有啲可惜!希望大家都一齊支持下有心嘅香港餐廳, 等佢哋可以繼續為大家提供美食!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
