臨近聖誕,好多時都會跟客人寒暄食飯。 飲茶都係一個好選擇,最後選址大公館,因為環境沒有其他嘈吵,傾計都唔駛大聲叫破喉嚨,當然服務都很好。疫情前試過一次, 今日終於再嚟。我地一行4人,咁飲茶食點心就啱啱好。 菜館食物質素仍然保持水準,值得再三回味。 continue reading

這是我第二次來品嚐大公館的晚餐,每道菜品都展現了精緻的烹飪技術與獨特的風味,每一次來也很有驚喜。 這次約朋友過來試新菜式,手藝還是一樣咁正🫶🏻太雕水晶鵝肝凍呈現令人驚豔,鵝肝質地滑順,搭配清爽的果醬,平衡了油脂的濃郁,口感層次分明,十分誘人。花雕慢煮南非鮮鮑魚鮑魚肉質彈牙,花雕酒的香氣滲透其中,提升了整體的風味。黑糖龍井茶燻雞茶香與黑糖的搭配,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,燻製的香氣撲鼻而來,令人難忘的香氣。飄香蟲草花乳鴿砂鍋飯非常有層次的一道砂鍋烹煮鍋飯,米飯吸收了所有的精華,每一口都充滿了蟲草花的香氣,搭配嫩滑的乳鴿肉。甜品懷舊芝麻卷與檸檬蜂蜜蛋散作為完美的美聲,蛋散甜蜜而香脆可口,芝麻卷的黑芝麻味撲鼻,亦不會太甜。 continue reading

想要Menu嘅話,可以打電話去叫佢send俾你金魚餃OK啦,不過我覺得整體而言呢度嘅點心偏貴,而且唔值呢個價錢,我食過呢類型呢個價位嘅點心比呢間好味,呢間比較係着重服務同埋環境 同埋gimmick創意點心我認為呢度嘅餸都係比較實在嘅肉類或者材料唔係佢自己一粒粒嗰啲點心更加做得好,因為佢係用好好嘅材料 譬如呢個金錢肚好新鮮,而且唔會好硬蘿蔔清甜 好好味呢個帶子腸就真係令人失望,朋友食完完全全唔知係咩腸粉,以為我嗌咗個雞蛋腸粉,因為粒帶子細到乜咁呢個仲要係貴啲。。。梅菜叉燒炒飯,即係楊州炒飯咁,朋友幾鍾意,但係我哋就覺得太硬啲飯 鹹菜甜甜地幾好味,但係有一個反而唔鍾意呢啲餸係甜 鍾意蛋白炒飯多啲呢個鵪鶉蛋燒賣就幾好味,留心㗎 我哋全部都讚棉花雞都唔錯,正正常常 因為平時食開好多酒樓都唔錯,整體而言呢間用嘅材料係好嘅 不過佢嘅創意點心就麻麻哋啦仲有嗰隻雞 係茶熏雞,味道OK但係雞嘅質素普通,而且好似好少肉蟹粉小籠包我就唔識欣賞,因為本身唔食小籠包 唔鍾意爆啲油出嚟整體而言我覺得試一次就夠 不過無奈呢區都冇乜選 continue reading
