800蚊一位套餐加一落樓,7個course左右連甜品,期望甚高。未食之前,枱高低不平搖搖下,叫部長來整,他立即黑面,印象分減1000。中菜扮法國菜,碟很大份量極少,上菜時間超長,已經凍哂。外表很精緻,味道卻十分普通,是典型中菜鼓椒酸甜等組合,其中一道卻是西式奶油菜,全部最特別是前菜中的花椒醃菜,前菜麻痹舌頭,用意先聲奪人卻後勁不繼。醃鮑魚加少量魚子醬,根本吃不到魚子醬味道,加來是多餘,表面貴的掩眼法。味道是有討好米芝蓮的層次,但缺乏鑊氣與衝擊,失去中菜之靈魂,純屬呃鬼佬之作,食中價大排檔更理想。 continue reading

已經是第3次去大公館食晚飯,真心講食物水準唔錯,更好的是服務水準,個個服務員笑住咁幫你,雖然價格就少少貴。今晚訂左乳豬釀飯,乳豬皮脆飯香,唔似得屯門間食店乳豬皮韌。香酥雪花牛3次都有叫,未試過嘅朋友一定要試。炸子雞香滑,鹽酥鮮鮑魚野味。焗班球同龍蝦都唔錯。 帶左枝硬野開瓶費要$300,決定唔飲,但知客見我地慶祝生日,主動幫我地問折扣,$150開瓶費,仲幫我地處理枝酒,非常好服務。 上兩次嚟都見到班服務員非常欣勤,食物又好,值得推介。 continue reading

與一班朋友定期聚餐,其中一個食神朋友,大力推介呢間飯店,我哋都無所謂,決定去試一試。我哋4個人食咗以下嘅食物,包括:五香滷鴨舌呢款開胃小食,唔錯冰燒三層肉估唔到三層肉可以做到皮脆肉嫩又鬆化,1啖1舊三層肉,滋味無窮🤤家鄉生拆魚茸羮呢個羹真係手工菜,有足料嘅魚茸同其他配料,一試難忘🤩豆漿杞子鮮黑腐竹浸時蔬第一次見到黑色腐竹,用香濃嘅豆漿做湯底,浸住菜芯,估唔到可以咁夾🥰燒汁慢煮原條牛肋骨呢道菜一上枱就好吸晴,濃郁嘅燒汁,加上鬆軟嘅牛肋肉,令人忍唔住食完又食😋三色藜麥金莎蝦球我鍾意呢個用鹹蛋黃包住蝦球嘅做法,蝦球鮮嫩爽口,配上鹹蛋黃,味道豐富😍黑松露和牛砂窩飯呢個砂窩飯好惹味,朋友食完一碗又一碗,證明黑松露和牛砂窩飯真係值得推介🤗因為食得太飽,我哋無食甜品。下次可以試下呢度嘅點心😬 continue reading
