家庭飯聚在「千歲擔擔麵」, 儘享川滬粤美味佳餚。餐前小食~由香脆花生米與大豆芽菜打序幕。蜜汁火方~蜜汁火方是浙江傳統名菜,而浙菜又是中國八大菜系之一,在香港也不是每間菜館都會供應的菜式,因此我們也不會錯過一嘗滋味,金華火腿色澤火紅,蜜汁透明,十分討好,入口甘鮮味美,配合薄胞、青瓜片與夾饃,火方的香軟、青爽,香脆,果然沒有令我失望。銀芽炒鱔糊~是我久遺了的上海名菜,鱔魚是營養價值高又有補益功效的「好魚」,配合爽脆銀芽炒,爽而不糊口,味道香濃。椒鹽肉排~肉排鬆軟香脆,入口散發出椒鹽的陣陣鹹香,伴隨香脆的炸蒜吃,口感極佳。上海粗炒~那些年,上海粗炒曾經是街頭麵食,麵條與椰菜,簡單的食材,却炒出香、濃、鮮的味道,現在的上海粗炒已經出得大廳、上得大枱,眼前的粗炒也經過改進,保留著香、濃、鮮的味道,也減輕油膩感。豆沙鍋包~ 我每次到上海館子必吃的甜品,喜歡它外脆內軟、甜而不膩,色澤金黃的賣相也很討我歡心。
