To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人一世物一世，豪一豪佢

小孩生日，消費券又未用完，於是豪一豪佢。staycation之餘，順便食返餐好嘅。小孩愛吃鮑魚，於是揀咗呢間阿一鮑魚食下。由於我哋2大2小。怕小朋友食唔哂。於是只叫2個套餐。另外再叫2碗麵俾小孩。餐廳都唔算多人。我早一個鐘打去都仲可以訂位。職員都十分友善。都會同小朋友傾計。小孩見到鮑魚龍蝦都十分興奮。食完話要再食。（食窮呀媽啦）淺嘗輒止好啦～係頭三道菜同炒飯有睇頭，其餘都不過不失。二千幾蚊一個人，值唔值就自己衡量。我就覺得試過就算，人一世物一世。

    農曆年收到阿一鮑魚禮盒，今日假日正好作午餐。一盒有真空包裝鮑魚及冬菇各四只，鮑魚麵四包，每只鮑魚直徑若兩吋，冬菇約吋半，中等面積。註明建議加熱水滾便取出鮑魚，鮑魚汁及冬菇可多煑幾分鐘，放在碟子上用刀叉吃，滿足感大些。可惜未如預期滋味，醬汁濃郁有水準，但鮑魚質感過柔韌性不足，本知道無法與乾鮑相比，但實在清楚嚐出鮮鮑之肉質。飽魚汁伴飯始終滋味，不失為絕配。鮑魚麵幼身爽口有彈性，微微鮑魚香，以清水煑不加調味料似乎淡口了些，不過不失之作。以一哥之名氣，鮑魚禮盒送禮佳品，但論食品質素，有待改進。
