今日試左呢間旺角新開, 主打美國prime吉列牛嘅日式餐廳, 非常高質🥳御燒極上級黑松露吉列牛首先主食點左御燒極上級黑松露吉列牛, 加錢升級紫菜味素飯+流心蛋+麵豉湯, 估唔到牛嘅份量咁多at least有10塊, 而且望落都keep到鮮紅色無發紫, 因為自己燒所以生熟程度可以控制, 口感方面黑松露吉列外皮好脆, 牛肉本身都淋同埋不太肥, mix埋口感岩岩好唔會好膩, 店員都有推介點少少鹽令牛味更出~ 成個set好豐富大滿足😋牛肉野菜鍋另一款試binlo牛肉野菜鍋配全份稻庭烏冬, 一上枱已經見到面頭勁多牛肉🤣 湯底係類似壽喜燒濃郁嘅, 而配料都幾多種類e.g.芋絲、菇、娃娃菜、蘿蔔片etc, 火鍋用嘅牛就相對多肥膏但都新鮮, 最後落埋個烏冬去煮吸曬啲精華非常惹味😋雞卷肉呢款小食超有驚喜!!! 係用薄雞皮包住雞肉, 雞皮脆脆地而且唔會痴住一大pat肥膏所以唔會好heavy, 雞肉彈牙唔鞋有啲似魚蛋feel🤣👍🏻

另一款試binlo牛肉野菜鍋配全份稻庭烏冬, 一上枱已經見到面頭勁多牛肉🤣 湯底係類似壽喜燒濃郁嘅, 而配料都幾多種類e.g.芋絲、菇、娃娃菜、蘿蔔片etc, 火鍋用嘅牛就相對多肥膏但都新鮮, 最後落埋個烏冬去煮吸曬啲精華非常惹味😋
