秋風起進入蟹季,食完大閘蟹就梗係要搵吓其他蟹嘅主題特色菜嚟食啦。今次搵到呢間位於宋王臺地鐵站行幾分鐘就到嘅豪門小菜火鍋店,餐廳裏面係滿滿嘅地道港式人情味,大排檔小炒、傳統中菜有齊晒,係一間地道嘅香港中菜館。金銀蛋浸豆苗新鮮豆苗炒得翠綠爽口,配上皮蛋粒同埋鹹蛋粒爆香,炸香嘅蒜子加埋上湯,清新而且鮮嫩爽滑。蟹黃小籠包薄薄嘅小籠包外皮包住蟹黃同鮮甜嘅肉汁,咬開小籠包真係好Juicy。蟹黃加上鮮甜嘅肉汁真係絕配,記得要趁熱食。蟹粉撈擔擔麵超足料蟹粉撈擔擔面呀,一上枱蟹粉滿瀉,餐廳真係一啲都唔手軟啊。擔擔面Q彈,淡淡都食到蟹粉真係好滋味。雲吞雞煲翅超足料嘅一個雲吞雞煲翅,湯底濃郁,滿滿係精華,秋冬先食呢個真係好滋補啊。大大煲最啱同屋企人嘅朋友一齊share,雞件分量十足雲吞都好入味。三層脆豆腐第一次食呢一味餸,一開始叫嘅時候以為係普通嘅炸豆腐,上枱超有驚喜。原來呢一款三層脆豆腐係手工菜,出邊好難食到㗎。自家製豆腐,用心製作,豆腐食落口超滑溜,再以高湯芡汁上枱,好有驚喜。
