Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Came here for a family dinner They don’t have the broadest food selection, but for each item they offer the quality is pretty good. For the price ~$600 it’s alright, acceptable for the setting and food. Staff was really nice and efficient. Came here for a family dinner
They don’t have the broadest food selection, but for each item they offer the quality is pretty good. For the price ~$600 it’s alright, acceptable for the setting and food.

Staff was really nice and efficient. Extra points for thiss

I forgot to take pics of the salmon and to take pics of creamy tomato soup

    $438~宵夜Buffet，竟然由 7:00p.m.已經開始，食到 10:00p.m.，平日晚上都有得食，唔使等週末，信用卡仲有八折，抵到爆。坐位空間寬敞，枱與枱之間分隔有段距離，服務員也不少，招呼週到，樓底高所以不嘈雜。食物種類多而且精緻 ; 乾芝士，沙律菜，海鮮冷盤，壽司/刺身，中/西湯，牛排/羊架/焗三文魚，即煮雲吞麵，生滾海鮮粥，乳鴿/叉燒/油雞，燒賣，蒸蟹，冬菇鮑魚，多款蛋糕甜品(有榴槤卷)，水果，雪糕杯，軟雪糕(雲呢拿味/榴槤味)，最後當然包一杯餐飲。估唔到全部都好食😋(水果除外)

    在5樓JW Cafe食過, 無論食物質素, 環境和服務都不錯, 不過就有點貴, 於是今日來到JW The Lounge試試傳聞中的抵食宵夜buffet! 雖說是宵夜buffet, 但其實晚上8時正已開始了, 比一般酒店來得早, 當晚市buffet也行呢！價錢雖比其他貴一點點, 要$408/位, 但扣除白金信用卡85折優惠後, 每人平均只需約$380(連加一), 以這個價就能吃一頓五星級酒店buffet, 感覺蠻抵, 於是立即訂座。我們在8時左右才打電話訂9時的座位,buffet是到晚上11時的, 時間很充足。餐廳燈光昏暗, 每檯都有一個小燭臺, 很有情調, 座位方面被安排小圓檯, 蠻算舒適。唯一美中不足是距離食物區頗遠, 有點不便。食物區明顯比較小, 食物選擇亦不是太多。不過最令人不欣賞的是, 店方在熱葷區採取人流管制模式, 直接用欄柱劃出統一排隊區, 這樣反而有反效果, 人龍變得好長; 而且又不能隨心所欲夾食物, 很不方便! 這兒畢竟是5星酒店, 不是學校飯堂啊！偏向中菜的自助餐, 熱葷有燴鮑魚, 燒賣, 小籠包, 海南雞飯, 蒜蓉蒸扇貝, 滷水乳鴿, 蜜汁雞翼, 片皮鴨, 海蝦泡飯

    偏向中菜的自助餐, 熱葷有燴鮑魚, 燒賣, 小籠包, 海南雞飯, 蒜蓉蒸扇貝, 滷水乳鴿, 蜜汁雞翼, 片皮鴨, 海蝦泡飯, 炸饅頭和雲吞麵等。

    燴鮑魚不錯, 不會太韌, 味道ok; 燒賣味道都不錯, 豬肉餡料結實, 肥膏不多, 蝦亦爽口, 鮮有食燒賣的我都一連吃了幾粒呢！ 蒸扇貝雖然比較肥膩, 不過好香蒜香味, 而且扇貝鮮甜, 整體都不錯。

    炸饅頭明明是新鮮炸好, 但卻無比難食! 不但不夠熱, 還好實好硬
    ; 雲吞麵沒鹼水味, 雲吞的原隻蝦肉爽口, 可惜蝦沒鮮味, 有點失望。海蝦泡飯的湯很淡, 海蝦有鮮味, 但整體都沒驚喜。

    片皮鴨的皮又乾又凍, 鴨片賣相超差, 取時看見有1片特別多肥油, 就問女師傅可不可以要另一片, 但她不瞅不睬, 又沒答話, 照包給我就算了
    態度很差, 跟5樓的服務和水準差太遠了。

    小籠包湯汁豐富, 但外皮有點厚, 整體一般。

    刺身壽司區的三文魚尚算新鮮, 但略嫌鮮味不足, 一般吧！壽司只有3款卷物, 味道平平。

    即切牛扒不會太肥, 生熟程度ok, 肉質不嚡, 但略嫌牛味不濃, 需另外灑上黑椒和幼鹽調味, 整體一般。

    沙律區和芝士區都有好幾款選擇, 不過興趣不大所以沒試。

    最後來到甜品區, 有西式蛋糕, 曲奇, 撻和中式糕點等約10多款選擇。比較好味的有檸檬撻, 原味牛油曲奇和杏仁酥。

    檸檬撻甜中帶酸, 撻皮薄而鬆化, 不錯! 原味牛油曲奇鬆脆, 帶牛油香, 也屬不錯。杏仁酥香甜又鬆脆, 值得一試。其他就麻麻吧！

    雖然是出自同一間酒店, 但這兒的整體食物水準和服務都不及5樓的JW Cafe, 下次還是給貴點吃更有質素的。
