連續兩日入嚟大埔做嘢今日收工帶我同事嚟食因為之前同屋企人已經食過幾次覺得呢度環境好好 食物質素唔錯我哋兩個叫咗以下幾樣嘢食- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -1. 冬蔭功湯金邊粉其實本身想叫乾炒嘅金邊粉點知睇錯 原來係濕食嘅XD不過只要係冬蔭功味道就得好鍾意佢個陣香料嘅味係好惹味 特別令人開胃食落酸中帶辣 辣度偏低啱晒香港人嘅飲食習慣2. 泰式炭燒鱔片呢個係同事提議叫 估唔到有驚喜記得對上一次食鱔係喺韓國返到香港唔知邊到燒得好食今日冇預計下叫咗燒鱔食落好有炭烤煙燻香味鱔片肉質細嫩 口感彈牙配埋酸辣醬汁 好清新嘅感覺唔會好似燒汁咁樣易膩3. 飛天通菜+罐裝汽水(冰)食泰國菜必叫 鍾意佢炒腍啲加咗唔少辣椒、大蒜、豆醬炒起口感清爽通菜 咬嚼間食到有少辣香料味道都好濃烈 通菜世一~另外同事叫咗罐裝雪碧送飯4. 泰式海南雞今日係幸運嘅一日因為店家突然請我哋食應該係泰式海南雞 覺得感恩~~雞皮雞肉色澤好靚 望落新鮮仔細睇嘅 就算雞胸部分都有油汁肉質細軟 食落唔會好乾

食落好有炭烤煙燻香味
鱔片肉質細嫩 口感彈牙
配埋酸辣醬汁 好清新嘅感覺
唔會好似燒汁咁樣易膩

今日係幸運嘅一日

應該係泰式海南雞 覺得感恩~~
雞皮雞肉色澤好靚 望落新鮮
仔細睇嘅 就算雞胸部分都有油汁
肉質細軟 食落唔會好乾
