聖誕假期將完結,在這假期的最後一天,當然要吃餐好的,朋友介紹這餐廳不錯,一於去試一試。 一於食豪D,就試吓這個聖誕套餐吧!先來一杯智利紅酒吧!頭盤是北海道帶子二重奏︰一邊是帶子刺生配芥辣啫喱、另一邊是香煎帶子伴海鹽及意大利魚子醬,一次過可以滿足兩種不同的帶子滋味帶子刺生鮮甜,芥辣將帶子的鮮味提升不少;帶子煎香後又是另一番風味,再加入魚子醬的香味,簡直令人齒頰留香。本身愛喝磨菇湯,亦愛黑松露濃烈的香味,兩者加在一起,一次過滿足2個不同的味蕾這個餐包有合桃的口感,配磨菇湯一流。第三道菜是香煎鵝肝,一邊吃着充滿罪惡感的鵝肝(膽固醇),一邊享受食物的甘香味美;無花果味清香,更能襯托出鵝肝濃郁豐富的味道。吃完幾道頭盤後,用一個清新香甜的香橙雪葩來清一清口腔遺留下的各種味道,以迎接接下來的美食。將火雞卷淋上白酒榛子巴馬臣芝士汁,肉香提升了,再伴以煎香的北海道帶子,以及焗香的緬因龍蝦,色香味俱全一向愛吃羊架的我,主菜當然選擇香焗紐西蘭BB羊架伴焗新薯及蘆筍,羊架軟腍入味而不腥,蘆筍新鮮清甜。朋友嗜牛,當然選擇心頭好 --牛柳,賣相精緻,賞心悅目;牛柳香滑,熟度恰到好處,口感一流,配合自家製燒汁、海鹽
