住元朗成日經過西菁街,每次都想去Mr. Right食吓西餐,因為喺外面睇覺得個格局非常有情調,我諗兩個人去食個晚餐應該會幾浪漫。今日終於有機會試試浪漫一番,Book定檯準時8Pm到。入到Mr. Right,Waitress已經好快行到門口招呼,跟住安排入坐。坐底後望望餐廳周圍,如我所料真係幾有情調,跟住飲啖水再睇睇Menu。Waitress介紹個2人餐俾我哋,我見大概都係七百蚊,咁就決定Order2人餐啦!頭盤係迷你海鮮盤(新鮮生蠔2隻、凍熟蝦4隻、翡翠螺4隻)+煙燻三文魚凱撒沙律。坐咗大概5分鐘海鮮盤到,第一樣先試試生蠔,加少少檸檬汁再放入口,好重海水味而且好新鮮;接住翡翠螺,煙煙靭靭口感一流;凍熟蝦要剝殼所以最後食,啲蝦同樣非常新鮮,因個人口味我都落咗少少檸檬汁,我覺得咁食更能夠帶出蝦嘅鮮味。喺食最後一隻蝦嘅同時,凱撒沙律上場,一望見嗰3件煙三文魚,心諗有冇咁大卷呀!試試啲生菜先,微酸嘅Dressing真係令人更好開胃,跟住把生菜連埋麵包粒叉住一齊食,兩種唔同種類嘅脆夾埋一齊個感覺真係好奇妙,吸引到我想即刻再整多啖。三文魚都好肥美而且攤平後都好長,微微嘅煙燻味聞落好香,放入口仲香,

接住干邑龍蝦湯一到,濃濃嘅龍蝦味湧上來,急不及待要飲一啖,個湯濃味而好Creamy。飲飲吓我期待嘅香煎法式鵝肝又到啦,冇諗過咁厚喎,鵝肝上面有塊蘋果而底部有塊麵包,切開去三樣一齊再點埋佢哋嘅紅酒鳳梨醋,真係好好食。鵝肝個面煎得好脆,煮過嘅蘋果好入味,而且個鳳梨醋亦都教得好。
最後兩個主菜上場,分別叫咗”扒大蝦海鮮海膽忌廉汁配墨魚意粉”及”烤美國安格斯肉眼扒配露絲瑪莉汁”,兩個都外觀一流。先講個意粉,隻大蝦開邊燒,食落口感都好好,另外喺墨魚意粉上啲海膽亦非常新鮮。意粉覆蓋著濃濃墨魚味,連埋忌廉汁可算是唔錯嘅配搭。肉眼扒Order咗5成熟,塊扒Grill得恰到好處,而且肥瘦均勻,點一點佢哋個露絲瑪莉汁,微微酸更帶出肉眼嘅精髓,10oz原來份量都唔少。
最後甜品我哋叫咗”心太軟配雪糕”及”雜果雪葩配熱情果泡沫”,個心太軟真係好流心,用匙羹打開後濃濃嘅朱古力流出,朱古力甜度適中,再配埋雲呢拿雪糕加埋伴碟嘅木糠,口感交集。而雪葩亦是一個正確選擇,先試試啲泡沬,非常重熱情果味,底部有雜果而中間係芒果雪葩。雪葩味道濃厚,唔似一般嗰啲淡而無味,而且份量適中。最後二人餐亦包兩杯飲品,我哋叫咗熱檸茶同凍咖啡。
我發覺啲Staff係有留意客人,因爲每當差唔多食完一個Dish而下個就會自動上,加上Waitress們亦招呼得好好,非常之有禮貌。食物方面唔在講,整個Set無論味道與份量都無得彈。總括嚟講七百幾蚊有咁嘅質素同服務真係抵食之至~
