除咗買外賣返屋企食,都有一段時間冇出嚟食日本嘢喇大角咀原來多咗間新開日本料理,入到去好闊落好有omakase feel有份menu係是日推介,好多item都有折呢份關池魚刺身盛都有半價喎!池魚切到好似藝術品咁,擺盤好靚,陣容仲好鼎盛,有埋帆立貝、拖羅、鯛魚、油甘魚同牡丹蝦,刺身非常鮮香肥美螢光魷魚半價都好平,食法仲要好唔同,先揀咗味噌醬食法,醬汁估唔到係甜甜地,點魷魚食勁甘香用蟹殼做丼飯嘅盛器好特別,上面有蟹肉、海膽同魚子三重享受,海膽完全唔腥好鮮,蟹肉好有肉香,魚子充當丼飯最佳調味,豉油都唔使落呀好耐冇食生蠔喇,一隻岩蠔都有七折,超級肥美呀!上面有啲醋同蘿蔔蓉做點綴,唔搶蠔嘅光芒之餘仲推高層次𠻹雖然有刺身,但點都嗌吓壽司滿足吓儀式感,嗌卷物襟食好多,炸過嘅蔥碎拌拖羅蓉,口感味道都好豐富食咗咁多生嘢,嗌返份熟食,鵝肝煎到金黃閃閃,有開胃嘅黑醋配脆米紙,食落也揮發著餘香最後食完有雲呢拿雪糕食,今餐完全滿足到大胃
