有次想喺尖沙咀dinner,無意中碌到呢間泰國餐廳🇹🇭 不過位置到幾隱蔽,係喺尖東半島中心同富豪九龍酒店之間嘅巷入面🫢 本身想試吓佢哋嘅泰式沾麵,但當日去到已經黃咖喱售罄,所以就無試到嚕~😫 •🥢 雞肉鑊氣炒河 $98揀呢到嘅其中一個原因係見到人哋推介呢個炒河,所以就叫咗一碟試吓有幾正~ 炒河一上枱真係熱焫焫,聞落同食落真係幾有鑊氣🤩 呢到嘅河粉係闊啲、短啲、形狀比較不規則嗰種,口感比較滑溜同煙韌😋 呢碟炒河都幾足料,有好多雞肉、粟米荀、炒蛋、菜等配料,加埋幾乎佔咗半碟,所以相對上河粉嘅份量就略嫌有啲少,如果自己食一碟,應該都唔夠飽😂 同埋呢到嘅炒河會配咗酸薑同泰式辣醬,酸薑就不太夾,但加少少泰式辣醬一齊食又幾正😆•🥢 一滴不留招牌船麵 (和牛) $138船麵好似少啲人介紹,但見到餐牌上有星星就決定叫嚟試吓~湯底非常之濃厚同竭身,濃味得嚟唔會死鹹~ 有兩大塊嘅和牛,幾有牛味~仲有兩粒豬肉丸、炸豬皮、炸蒜/紅蔥頭、通菜、芽菜同埋香葉~ 麵底份量幾多,係透明類似粗粉絲咁,但食落更加滑溜煙韌,仲非常之掛湯🤩 加埋個湯底本身好濃厚,所以都真係可以食到一滴不漏🤤 脆卜卜嘅炸豬皮點埋個湯一齊食都好

🥢 炸魚露漬豬頸肉 $88
呢款豬頸肉同平時食開嘅泰式豬頸肉有啲唔同,呢到嘅係切成條狀再拎去炸,食落全條都有鬆脆口感,而且係用咗魚露去醃,都幾香口,炸完都仲幾juicy,完全唔會好乾好柴!配埋個泰式辣醬都幾惹味👍🏼

🥢 香蕉椰子Oreo奶昔 $55
椰子同Oreo本身都幾夾,加埋香蕉都唔差喎,第一啖會先飲到椰子香,然後尾韻就會有啲香蕉味滲出嚟~仲加咗唔少椰絲增加口感~ 不過飲完都幾飽肚🤣

估唔到泰國菜會有可麗露呢款法式甜品🤣 除咗椰子仲可以揀斑斕味~ 呢到嘅可麗露仲要整得唔錯,外層夠脆,仲帶點焦糖香,而內層就保持到濕潤,而且椰子味都幾突出🤤 幾出色!
