期待已久的一餐,本來 1:30 是最合適的時間,奈何前一輪的食客超時,接近兩點才正式開始。這個午餐omakase 令我讚嘆師傅的配搭、創新、排序及用心,壽司的口味由淡變濃,每一件壽司的魚及飯又配搭適中,壽司面上的配菜是把口感提升、延長,令人留下印象。由於可以望著每個師傅都在用心、專注地製作壽司,感覺每件壽司都是精心的傑作。 另外,天婦羅鮑魚是友人特別提早加上, 烹製鮑魚極講功夫及火喉,食過這麼嫩滑的天婦羅鮑魚,真的不能回頭了,希望好友們會多些安排岩浪之聚! P.S. 洗手間非常乾淨,有心思的裝修,抵讚!
