每逢大閘蟹季節,都會call天香樓VIP朋友YY來吃一餐超豪的大閘蟹宴,因為同她來會有discount同埋有得飲呢度啲VIP陳年花雕酒。期待已久的晚宴,雖然真係好貴,但食得開心盡興。好彩大閘蟹每年只當造一個月,如果唔係真係會食到破產,$1000元一隻7両大閘蟹喎,they better be very very good...陳年花雕酒(30年)賣$280半斤,相對上好抵飲。先用鼻聞吓,真係好香,色澤深到好似普洱茶咁。淺嚐一口,花雕味好醇,一啲都不"那"喉。一邊喝着靚花雕,一邊吃着靚大閘蟹,同場加映容祖兒及師兄,呢餐真和味。好啦!!!要上大閘蟹啦!!!好緊張呀!!!$1000蚊一隻(7両)喎!!!唔好食會好想喊!!!結果係...4隻裡面有3隻係爆膏的,有一隻黄膏少,白膏卻超多。整體上蟹膏超杰身,好甘香,是好好吃的。平時食大閘蟹大家都不會細味啲肉,但天香樓的大閘蟹連啲肉都係超清香的。我地當然連蟹腳都仔細品嚐啦,啲蟹油多到連腳爪都有。咁究竟值唔值$1000蚊一隻呢?係好好味嘅,不過一年只適宜食一隻,如果唔係真係有點太奢侈了。話到明係超豪,當然唔好比佢停啦!大大碟炒蟹粉用來撈豉油麵就最正
