銅鑼灣晚市唔洗$500就有得食廚師發辦,價格親民就係謝斐道雲壽司,一間由米芝蓮師傅坐鎮既壽司店,座位唔多,每次經過都要排隊,設有高座位,廚師即整即送上到面前,不錯的體驗有三款的廚師發辦,價錢由$380-$680,主要分別在於刺身的數量,手卷同麵豉湯都必定有------雲 KUMO $450刺身四款、壽司七件、手卷一件和麵豉湯刺身四款拖羅拖羅冇筋,入口即化,同檸檬片一齊放,味道帶有少少酸赤貝光澤亮麗,口感爽脆,味道鮮甜鰤魚切得大方,非常厚切,肉質甜美,油脂豐腴磯煮鮑魚肉質保持到鮮嫩彈牙,不過唔算好入味壽司七件生銀鱈魚、拖羅、筋子、鯖魚、深海池魚、金目鯛、海膽生銀鱈魚銀鱈魚上輕輕一燒,魚肉結實,口感偏爽口,味道較淡,魚油唔算好豐富拖羅肉質粉紅,口中緩緩溶化,不過不失筋子筋子爽口,鹹淡味適中,魚腥味唔重,非常鮮味深海池魚深海池魚肉質比較清爽,入口帶鮮甜同一點油份鯖魚放上薑蔥減緩魚腥味,味道正常海膽份量幾誘人,多到滿潟,口感Creamy,但味道好啖,唔重海水味同埋鮮甜度都欠奉卷物蔥拖羅手卷,紫菜好快變腍,拖羅蓉都幾多,唔錯
